There they are!

Hello, if you're new here let's give a bit of a recap, shall we? My name is Taida Haru, I'm a nineteen-year-old neet who hides away in my college dorm as a freshman…

And, my life isn't interesting in the slightest… Although! Something happened today that made me want to go outside for the first time in my sixteen years of being alive! That being an Untitled ghost meet and greet!

Oh and the new GameStop opening, I guess.

A group of ppl stood in front of the closed door of the soon-to-be public company, it was as tight as a sardine can! I can feel everyone's individual breath running down my neck–

As a celebration of the grand reopening, they collaborated with Tododoko an agency for aspiring streams and Vtubers! And all of the newbies of the franchise, along with its face Astra Fae! This means UntitledGhost is definitely gonna be here!

"Haru!" I heard someone shout my name but before I got time to respond something sharp stung the back of my head.

"Ouch, ouch, ouch," I muttered, holding the back of my head and turning to Gabriel who's been calling my name, slightly annoyed by the sudden interruption.

"Did you sleep last night? You still look like a wreck! And you've been dazing out a lot." My best friend, Gabriel, started to nag me.

"No- I'm fine, I was just daydreaming that's all…" I insisted, looking away from him as I spouted my blatant lie. Alright I confess I stayed up all night again, but can you blame me? I was sleeping just fine the days before but when it came around to it I couldn't sleep last night, I was just too excited! Besides– didn't it ever occur to him that I'm just not a morning person? Extroverts are so inconsiderate–

"no, I was just ..daydreaming that's all."

"Well snap out of it, they're here," He pointed out, showing me through the cracks of other people, the approaching stars.

Everyone was forced to separate, forming a line for them to get inside, my eyes followed the individual streamers as they made their way inside the building. My eyes stuck on Astra Fae, she's world-renowned, and everyone knows her from her switch streams!

With long white hair and striking green eyes, she's more proper than she lets on in her streams, it's almost a little jarring, though when coming to events like this I guess it's only natural…

When all of them got inside and were at their stations, we were let loose within the building,

"wow..."

"Damn, no wonder it took them this long to reopen..." I thought, my head titled slightly to the side and I pondered,

"Though, they sure did take their time didn't they?" I commented, looking around the huge building with awe in my eyes.

"They were really building up to this moment." Gabriel joked.

...

..

.

"not funny–" I murmured

If it weren't for the people cheering in the background, waiting for the festivities to officially start you would've heard crickets–

Everyone was surrounding a portable stage made for the streamers to do their thing, the room a lot larger than I thought it would be, making a few ten thousand ppl look like a mere one hundred.

"Hey!" Astra's voice echoed throughout the whole room, causing some people to be startled by the sudden noise as their gaze shifted to the stage.

"Are you ready everyone?!" her voice boomed across the main room, everyone screaming their heads off in response.

My eyes widened with awe as I saw three Streamers on stage, AstraFae, and UntitledGhost being the ones I recognised.

The lights began to turn off and there was a slight panic amongst the crowd before the spotlights were focused on a stage. Showcasing Astra's confident grin, the other two hid behind her shadow, speaking into their own respective mics with a small smile of their own.

"Let the grand reopening, begin!!" they all said in unison, giving a heart to the crowd as they continued to scream their heads off.

The event went off without a hitch, everyone now going to the booth of their favorite streamers to get their autographs, I walked around, glancing nervously before finally finding her, UntitleGhost, her feet stuck up on her booth and scrolling on her phone.

"H-huh, hey, excuse me?" I called out, seeing as she looked up at me with an almost excited look, immediately fixing her posture as she greeted me.

"Oh, a fan? Welcome! Would you like an autograph?" She said almost robotically, I gave her a slight nod as I handed my poster over.

As she scribbled her name on my poster I took one more glance around the room, a bit on unease settling within my mind, why am I the only one here- shouldn't there be more?

"Here!" She announced with a proud smile, taking it and looking at her handwriting, what the hell! It was unreadable! It looks like ancient texts or something on a talisman!

"So? Do you like it?" She pondered watching me with an innocent look about her,

"I-uh.. yeah," I nodded, looking down at her for a moment before spouting my next few words. "So um, Can I ask you something?"

She grinned at my question, nodding ecstatically.

"Of course! What is it you'd like to know?" Her voice was a weird mix of casual and formal speech– she was clearly not used to this.

"Excuse me if this is rude but…" I muttered, looking down to my feet as I say.

"Where're all the other fans?"
