Chapter-7
"It should be around here."
Running through the forest, Jayden casually picked out a weird looking fruit with purple colour and started munching down on it.
Fortunately his sense of taste was still there, although it felt like it has been nerfed by several levels, he could still nonetheless feel a bit of the sweet taste.
"Where is that damn turtle..."
Currently Jayden was looking for the weakest of the four guardian beasts.
Guardian of east, the [Earth Turtle].
And without a doubt the easiest one of them all.
The corners of Jayden's mouth raised up to form a smirk when he saw the sphere shaped rock sitting in the middle of the forest.
'There you are.....'
Not even bothering to cover his footsteps, Jayden directly ran towards the rock which was half submerged in the ground.
'That earth crystal is mine!!'
Utilising all of his strength, Jayden pierced forth with the metal sphere.
Although the outer shell of the [Earth Turtle] is hard but with a weapon like the sphere in his arms, it was a piece of cake to kill this thing!.
Unfortunately the scene of the metal sphere piercing through the turtle's shell didn't take place.
*Clank*
Jayden was petrified when the metal sphere directly flew out of his hand upon coming in contact with the turtle's shell.
Ahem I was just checking the waters with that one....this one's the real deal.
Looking around and seeing that no one saw him, Jayden quickly picked up the sphere but this time aimed for the part where the armour was a lot thinner than the other sides.
'This time for sure.'
*Pierce*
*Clank*
"....."
A momentary silence surrounded the forest as there wasn't even a shallow mark on the place Jayden's sphere landed.
"I don't believe it!"
Refusing to give up, Jayden once again picked up the sphere.
*Pierce*
*Clank*
"Y-you----- forced me to use my full strength!!."
*Clank*
"This dumb turtle!!"
*Clank*
"You're dead now take my special move Plus Ultra!!!"
*Clank*

This went on for quite some time...

'This doesn't make any sense.', The corners of Jayden's mouth twitched as he stared at the turtle shell, as if mocking him the damn thing didn't even bother to move itself a little after all those attacks.
"The sphere is definitely powerful enough to pierce through the turtle shell...don't tell me that it's because I am too weak....this isn't fair! even a rookie with no experience with the game should have been able to easily kill the Earth guardian using the sphere without much trouble...'
What Jayden thought was indeed the truth, after all the player's were heavens chosen and each and every one of their stats started with 10 points.
When compared to his stats...
Forget it comparison hurts.....
'But this is a serious problem.....', Jayden thought with a wry smile on his face.
'I will end up dying at this rate.'
Seeing the hopeless situation, even though he didn't feel hunger, Jayden grabbed the fruit beside him and started munching down on it to relieve his anxiety a little.
'What to dao....what do do-------Oh'
His eyes were suddenly fixated on the fruit in his hand.

Like any other normal day of it's life the Earth Turtle was sleeping as he enjoyed the sun rays coming from above.
It would usually sleep for six days a week and only move itself when it needed to eat.
But then today something unexpected happened.
The Earth Turtle felt someone quickly rushing upto him at a quick pace.
The Earth Turtle was curious as it wanted to pop out its head and look at the person but on second thought it gave up due to being too lazy to move.
*Clank*
Then some weird noises started disturbing his sleep, the Earth Turtle wondered whether the person just came here to annoy him or something.
He even started feeling an itch on his shell due to the noises.
But still it refused to move.
He felt that the person will get bored soon and leave afterwards.
And it seemed like what he thought was true as the person really did leave.
So once again the Earth Turtle strated enjoying his beauty sleep.
After some time.
*Sniff*Sniff*
'This smell!'
The Earth Turtle poked his head out in a quick speed and stared at the fruit sitting in front of it.
It was without a doubt the delicious fruit which drops from the nearby trees.
The Earth Turtle only has two principles in life.
Eat and sleep.
*Munch*
Without a second thought the Earth Turtle started munching down on the fruit.
But with it's huge size the thing was gone in seconds.
The Earth Turtle felt disappointed as he licked his lips remembering the taste.
Just then the enticing smell once again reached its nose.
With stars on his eyes the Earth Turtle quickly turned his head towards the fruit sitting on his side.
He was a simple creature with only two rules on life.
Eat and Sleep.
And now food was in front of him.
So it started eating.
Unfortunately the Earth Turtle failed to notice a human who was staring at him with a creepy smile on his face.
"Yes yes go on keep eating! keep going! To Your Death! MHAHAHAH-Cough-Cough"
"My 8th grade syndrome is acting up again..."
