"Pick it up," Ervian said, his voice firm. "All you have to do is touch me or make me leave this circle, even if it's just one step away. Understood?"

Ervian had marked a circle on the ground with his foot, creating a boundary around the space he stood in.

Leriat mustered his courage, his heart pounding in his chest. With determination in his eyes, he nodded and reached out to grab Ervian's sword, accepting the challenge before him.

However, Adelle couldn't help but protest once again, her voice laced with concern. "Huh? It took me going all out with Diluvism, Ervy. Isn't that too much?"

Ervian, however, dismissed her worry with a wave of his hand. "Nah, it's fair. My last fight with Aron depleted most of my Vis reserve."

As he spoke, Ervian clenched his hand, and a command was sent to open his runic status window. The runic formation materialized in front of him, representing the current condition of his system.
