Noa was filled with pride as he observed the transformation in Eden's attitude. Previously, he had shown little regard for the lives of Infrablack's guardians, seeing their elimination as mere stepping stones towards his ultimate goal. However, it appeared that Eden had come to realize that the process was just as significant as the result.
Expressing his approval, Noa playfully patted Eden's shoulder multiple times.
"Good job, man," Noa said in an excited tone. However, the expression on his face suddenly turned into a joking one. "But now it's your turn to compensate me for hiding the truth from me."
Eden looked at Noa with a blank stare, his voice tinged with doubt. "What do you want then?" he asked.
Noa chuckled lightly. "How about some good food? It's been a while since I tasted your cooking."
Eden shook his head slowly. "Unfortunately, I don't have a proper place for that."
Noa fixed his gaze intently on Eden. "Why not?"
