"And so, everyone... This is Gary."
"It's Kirito. Nice to meet you all..."
Kirito was tired of correcting Akihito all the time, so when the beta tester meet a few members that has been selected into the Liberation guild, he had the biggest deadpanned face a human could ever make.
"Hey, I think we've met before." A dark-skinned man with a tall build
"Ah right it was Agil ri--"
Akihito interrupted.
"That's right you two have met before, this is Tiffany!"
Both the man and Kirito stared at him with a "What the hell is wrong with you" kind of face.
"It's Agil. Nice to meet ya, Akihito-san here gave me a nice offer and contract so that was the reason I joined the guild. What about you?"
"Contract? What's that about? He left me pretty much in the dark yesterday..."
"...Um... Are you guys ignoring me?" With a huge sweatdrop on top of his head, he asked dryly.
The two new members didn't bother acknowledging his existence until a few knocks sounded on the door entrance.
"S'cuse us~!" A full party seemed to come in through the entrance. The guy who leads the group was a Guy with reddish-brown hair kept with a bandana. The guy who has the goatee beard leads a few adult men's with wearing red armor and a robe.
It wasn't to be confused with Heathcliff's guild's red and white Templar outfit, but their outfit is more like a wandering samurai bandit.
Akihito, Agil, and Kirito were the only ones with casual clothes.
"Eh--?? Ah! Kirito!?" Klein pointed out.
The main character widened his eyes at the small crowd.
"Ah? I suppose you've met each other? Oh well, I'll still start with an introduction either way. This is a small party Fuurinkazan led by him, Klein-san."
Akihito supposes he can't make a 'my name is Klein' reference anymore since it has come to this point.
"W-wha--? What---!??" (Kirito)
Akihito raised an eyebrow at him, "Eh? What's the matter, Kirito?"
But to his surprise, both the bald guy and Kirito exclaim loudly:
"So you CAN introduce someone normally after all!???" (Agil/Kirito)
"Eeeeeeh!????" (Akihito)

"So as I've said, SAO's concept of guilds is basically gone in this shitty game. But we can still make a guild through contracts via the player's association. As such, Klein-san's party here will become our members for a few 5 months. It's a rule that stated any player who wants to be a guild master needed to be in any guild for at least 2 years, or participate in raids 20 times."
Akihito explained while sipping his coffee.
The huge crowd sat on different sides of the couch, while Kirito, Agil, Klein, and Akihito sat on the couch at one table.
"You made it sound like he won't be here permanently..." Kirito stated these words.
"Well, I can't deny that. We wanted to make a guild, but since the NPC and guild options disappeared in the system, we had no choice but to do this."
"Well, we have so much space anyway, so it's fine~" Akihito placed his cup on the table while musing his words.
"Well that's true, there's more the 10 private rooms in this building and a hall..." Kirito muttered.
But then, "Hm? Whatcha' mean, Kirito? Did you come here without knowing the official guild building?"
Suddenly, Agil asked.
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"Kirito-kun, this is not our guild building."
"Huh?"
"It's my personal office. Our building is next to this one, just across the street"
"Eh?"
....
After a moment of silence...
"WAIT, YOU MEAN THAT SKYSCRAPER!??"
Through the window, Kirito can see a huge and tall building covered with glasses and windows.
"Did you forget I'm rich? I'm kinda hurt you know?"
Now that he thinks about it, there are no age limitations to becoming a player and joining a guild. That was what was written in the announcement.
As soon as a system popped up in front of you, no matter what age they are, they are allowed to go to Aincrad.
After all, the system lets you do that freely and how would the government even control that kind of thing?
But Kirito who is also in high school, wasn't sure what to choose since even his family are against him joining the association.
Therefore if a guy who will let him come and leave freely without any retribution whatsoever...
"Akihito... Let's make a contract." He is finally determined to get stronger, it was the least he can do in order to join raids and get stronger, by joining a guild where he won't be restrained.
"Heh," An ominous grin formed upon Akihito's face.
"Interesting, You don't seem like you have any hidden desire... What you are hoping for is... Power, perhaps?"
Suddenly the air of the goofy and eccentric swordman changed into a stern and intrigued guild master.
Kirito couldn't help but shiver at his presence.
And so were the others.
They felt a pressure that can hold them down at any time he likes as if the guild master in front of them as changed into someone entirely different.
"Very well then, you can waltz into this place and get out whenever you want, however, as long as you are a part of this... You will have to follow the rules. I'll give you a contract later."
The tense air disappeared and Akihito stood up from his seat.
"W-wait, Akihito-"
"Ah, that's right! Andrew-Kun, give Kazuto-kun here a tour and let him see the weapon shack, he needs a sword. Or whatever he wants probably... Well then, see you guys~" Despite Kirito's calls, Akihito spouted those words carefreely with a smile before exiting the cramped office.
'wait... He said my name... And Andrew? Who?' Kirito asked himself.
"That was surprising... So that guy has a side like that too..." Agil muttered loudly.
"Yeah, he was pretty calm when I met him..." Then Klein followed.
Kirito can only look at them with curiosity in his eyes. "By the way, your real name is Kazuto, huh?" Suddenly Klein asked him.
"Eh? Ah... Yes."
"Well, you know me as Klein... But my real name is Tsuboi Ryōtarō, let's help each other out later on 'Kay!?"
"I'm Andrew Gilbert Mills, feel free to call me Andrew." Then the bald guy said.
Kirito joined a guild, and suddenly he met a few familiar faces and obtained more comrades.
For some reason, Kirito couldn't help but smile at the fact, "Yeah, I'm Kirigaya Kazuto... Kazuto is fine, but you can call me whatever you want."
It was a new start.
