Chapter XXVIII: A Shark in a Wolves hide

"Well isn't this a heartwarming treat from the system" Zack said. He wasn't a good shot with anything but this would help. A regular gun was basic. It could be a Pistol or a Assault Rifle. Sensed Guns were made with special materials. They were made with metal mixed with beast remnant. Beast Remnant was a special trait within beast blood. It could be used in many ways. The higher the class, the stronger it was.

Sensed weapons were like the beast itself, giving special traits to the user and a better effect for the weapon itself. It even goes as far as the weapon having a certain mind of its own in some ways. For Zack, who actually knew nothing of guns except for the regular and sensed versions, thought he hit the jackpot. He had a standard pistol but because it was sensed, he was sure to win. He also saw a map showing red dots and a blue in the middle.

"Thank you system gods!" Zack said as he readied his shield and charged into the fray. Everyone who took a glance at him thought he'd die but Zack felt a courage in him shining brighter than the sun. The charge rammed him into the fray and with his strength and speed, blasted everyone away a few feet. The shield cracked at the impact. Zack immediately readied his fist. The group of 20 were bloodthirsty and teamed up to kill Zack.

For Zack he looked to his gun and wondered what it could even do. He quickly pulled his gun out and pulled the trigger. A purple beam of light and shockwave of a sound was heard and pushed everyone back, killing the person who was shot. "I made the right choice… Now who wants some?!" Zack shouted menacingly. He pulled the trigger even more times and everyone was dying in a single shot. He wondered why they'd allow his gun to be here but didn't want to linger on it as he was winning.

He went in for more kills as his bloodlust was rising.

His gun was vicious. It just killed everyone. Zack was happy to even get it. He went for his next victim but his gun wasn't working. He tried pulling the trigger over and over but it's run was done. "Are you kidding me?!" Zack said. "Can't another hunt begin or something?! Last time I had a bunch of blood on me! Why not now?!" Zack thought. He ran into the corner of the arena. He decided to wait everyone out. He could steal the final kill, it didn't mater.

He was coming close to the corner in the middle of the carnage but people had his same idea. Sadly for them, Zack had the system.

He made it to the corner and hid himself in the pile of mincemeat he created. The bloodshed lasted hours. Eventually there were four left. Zack looked at them and the worse had come to pass as he saw all of them on a single pile of bodies. They Were Teammates. He couldn't win. If those beast were top four and were teammates, he couldn't survive. "Look Brother!" One of them said, plainly. "Oh god. Please…" Zack thought. "There's someone hiding over there" The first brother said. "Alright Chamberlain. Let's have Elder brother do it" The second brother said. "Finally a real kill. Thanks for this Nathaniel." The third brother said.

He pulled a axe from behind his back and threw it right above Zack's head from almost miles away. "Oh Shi-" Zack was cut off but a secondary axe almost hitting his arm. Zack got up and ran as fast as he could. "System do something!" Zack said aloud for the brothers to hear from miles away. "Brother, what does he mean by "System"?" Chamberlain said. "I think he's having one of those breakdowns. Poor him." Nathaniel said. Zack looked at the status screen and tried doing all he could.

[Sensed Gun Refuses To Operate]

"Yes!"

[Sensed Gun now operational. Power halved due to Forced Control]

"I don't want to go near them. And I can't make time stop. Unless…" Zack thought. "Might as well kill him." Nathaniel thought as he pulled out a bow and shot it at Zack.

The world turned colorless. Everything stoped. Zack went to the brothers and shot his gun twice at the eldest one. The gun did not fire but a light was coming out from the barrel, meaning it fired. He then took the eldest brothers eyes. "He wouldn't need them anyway" Zack thought.

[Eyesight is already better]

The world regained color and the eldest brother was shot in the head. The other brothers turned and looked in sorrow. "Brother!" Chamberlain said. "Alexander!" Nathaniel said. Zack looked at them. The helplessness. The pain. The Hatred. He felt this. For his whole life he felt this. His whole life he was taught he was nothing. He actually started to smile. Even chuckle. "You!" Chamberlain said. He drew a sword and pointed to Zack. "You were supposed to die! You! You!" Chamberlain thrusted his sword with lakes of tears filled the brothers eyes. "You!" Chamberlain shouted.

"Match Over! Winner, Chamberlain Kelnic, Nathaniel Kelnic, And II!" The watch said as they all floated and Zack dodged the thrust. Zack laughed as he looked at the brothers, helplessly trying to grab their dead brother. "You'll learn how it is to be in MY world! How helpless it was! How painful! You've gotten your first taste! Come meet me when you're ready! Come find me when you're ready to kill your GOD!" Zack cackled and with the watch reaching 12:00, they warped away with the brothers saying. "We'll avenge you brother…"

They warped to the front of a building on top of pedestals in front of a roaring audience with some of them with sickened faces. The brothers looked at Zack with all the murderous intent they had. Zack just smiled at the crowd. The truth was Zack Zanelion's Goal was to be a hero. The step to that was this. Zack Zanelion died. II is just stepping up where he couldn't. "Kelnics… Right? As a sort of a "sympathy" in your new world, I'll show you the face of your brothers killer" Zack said as he turned off transform and took off his costume. Showing his true form.

"It's a demon, Nate!" Chamberlain said, shaken. Nathaniel said nothing but had his brothers expression. The crowd roared even loader looking at Zack with cheers. "I am. I could kill you right now. But I'll wait to relish the satisfaction of the kill." Zack said as he jumped off the pillar, laughing while the brothers cried.

After walking to the building and opening the door, he found what appeared to be a school. He looked at the crowd inside and his only thought after seeing all the bloodshed and murder he did today, the only thing he could even think of first was "They can only be worth the soul points. But this? This will be interesting." Zack said as he let out something unlikely of him. Something that someone else would do.
