Zelon a park ranger at work, is relaxing on his break surfing through his phone. He gets a text message, that’s probably spam. The message asks if he could; would he be a park ranger in Star Wars. Our bored hero decides to entertain this idiotic message and replies yes. Zelun then finds himself in the Star Wars Universe; on a god given quest from Gaia to create an Empire that delivers the wrath of natures fury. “For a park ranger, this is some kind of promotion!” I don’t own the picture used if the owner wishes for me to take it down please let me know. Thank you.
As a park ranger sometimes you get bored walking around staring a trees and grass. While peaceful, sometimes you want some excitement in your life.
Zelon Virqaza has been working as a park ranger for 10 years. As a child he has always been fascinated with nature and the cycle of life that goes undisturbed.
However, even for a nature fan like himself; he has to say his favorite part of the job is sitting around during his break.
"I finally got some time to myself; I don't know why we have to be so vigilant."
"It's not like the trees are going to get up and take a vacation to Fiji."
Zelon grabs his laptop and turns on youtube. He starts watching videos on the next Halo that has been announced.
"I'm glad I got a pc at the house; I might not be a xbox gamer, but i'm still going to play Halo on my PC."
He watches the video as Master Chief floats around in space looking cool as ever.
"I wish i lived in a space faring civilization, I love the concept of space travel and the crazy battles. With ships of all kinds of sizes duking it out for domination."
As he drifts off into his own wonderland envisioning himself as Master-chief jumping from ship to ship, doing crazy stunts while shooting aliens, his phone begins to ring.
"Oh it's Marcus."
He answers the phone.
"Hey Zelon, have you seen the latest Star Wars movies?"
"Not gonna lie to ya. I haven't watched Star Wars since Vader was grabbing people up like they were cockroaches."
Laughter can be heard from the other side of the phone.
"Bro listen you got to check out the latest three movies. They have some heat in them."
Zelun shook his head.
"Ok I'll check out some trailers while I'm on my break, I'll hit you up later when I get off."
"Bet."
Beep!!
The phone hung up leaving Zelon to enjoy himself once again.
"Lets check out one of these films real quick."
He pulls up a trailer for The Force Awakens then watches the video.
Time passes and the video ends. Zelon nods his head a small smirk plastered on his face.
"The worlds in Star Wars have some interesting ecosystems and botanic plant life."
"I wouldn't mind going to the Star Wars Universe to experience all the grand worlds and powers it has too offer."
After watching the video Zelon returns to watching random videos on youtube from cooking videos to old raid videos for Star Wars The Old Republic.
As he sits there watching lots of random stuff his phone dings with a notification.
He reaches into his pocket and pulls out his phone to see what the notification was.
On the screen he sees a text message from some unknown number.
He taps the notification and sees a message.
"If you could and you were given the chance to be a park ranger in the Star Wars Universe; would you take the opportunity?"
Zelon's face scrounges up.
"What type of foolishness is this?"
"Has someone been watching me look at Star Wars related things this whole time?"
Zelon stands then looks around, looking out for any suspicious person watching him.
He looks back to his phone and thinks about what to do.
"Should I entertain this or just ignore it like usual. He sat there and thought that nothing bad could happen if he answered right?
He began to tap on his phone and replied "yes" to the message.
Seconds later three dots began to appear on the screen. A message popped up on the screen.
"Great! I will be meeting you for your job application soon."
"Wait! What?!"
"What do you mean job application and how soon?"
Out of nowhere light began to flash under his feet.
A moment later he couldn't see but he felt the ground beneath him change.
"Now."
"Huh, a voice?"
Zelon turned his head then looked in the direction of the voice.
"I have a great promotion opportunity for you Zelon Virqaza"
