The Ghost returned to the White House along with his doctor, Daniel and Barbara.

"Commander with all due respect, you shouldn't have found! You'll tear your stitches out!" the doctor scolded him. "It was risking my stitches or watch as my people are killed. I have no intention to sit idlily by and watch as our people are massacred."

The Ghost looks to Barbara and Daniel and motions for him to take a seat. "Bring me up to speed, obviously the raider problem has been dealt with, so what other problems are making it harder on our people?"

"Well sir, we received information that Japan is under siege and has been sending refugees here." The Ghost took a moment to think, the responded. "I'll send C-28 carriers to Japan, we need to evacuate as many of our allies as possible. What else?"

"Trade has been impossible thanks to the Overlord. His raiders have branched out to the Carolinas and have been taking our cargo. The power plant is being held by Russians seeking citizenship, our borders are weak at the moment, but we are quickly running out of room to house refugees, foreign and our own."

"Daniel, despite these issues you managed to keep us alive, good work. Go ahead and allow the Russians citizenship, I will task the engineering corps with expansion. As for the Overlord, I'm not exactly sure as to what the hell I plan to do about him. He is our friend, but he's becoming a problem."

"That's all-good sir, except the Russians will only speak with you." replied Daniel.

"Then I'll handle it. stated the Ghost putting on his coat.

The Secret Service escorted the Ghost to the Power Plant where they were met by the Russians.

"What do you want?"

The Russians stared at him, eyes in disbelief.

"They actually sent you. Perfect, we wish citizenship. In return we'll..."

"Done, welcome to the United States."

The Russians smile and turn over the Power Plant back to the engineers, allowing the city to have power once again, rather than running off of the Bunker generator.

Once the Ghost was back in the office, he was greeted by his wife who'd made him lunch.

"Hey honey."

"I brought you lunch, don't overwork yourself, you're still injured and are not invincible." she kisses his cheek.

"I promise I won't work too hard. I'll be home for dinner tonight."

She smiled and laughed, "Good, because we're having Lasagna tonight."

The Ghost smiled and kissed her goodbye as she was escorted back to the bunker.

Meanwhile Major Maddock and the 451st had landed in Japan. They began loading refugees into their transports. One of which was Prime Minister Akira Takebashi.

"Prime Minister, you're injured, Private, get me a medic." ordered the Major. "No, please help my people first." The medic looks at her, "Sorry miss, orders are orders and besides, there are plenty of medics to..."

The medic was cut off by gunfire. "We got company! Hellhounds! Show them why we're better." yelled the Major.

The 451st Hellhounds jumped into action, although they'd suffered losses in their bunker, they were the biggest active unit the United States could throw at them. They returned fire at the invading forces, chain guns and miniguns tore through the first wave. "Sir, Americans, they're getting the Japanese out of the country."

"I'm surprised they even have the manpower for that seeing was we sabotaged their bunkers, and their infrastructure. No matter, deploy more troops, they'll be forced to retreat, send in the tanks. Don't kill their transports, we want them fear us, not have a reason to fight us."

The Neo-New Worlder's released their tanks and deployed more troops. The Hellhounds refused to back down, going even as far as to flip over tanks using their HA-50's. The Major had a private start up an old piston powered aircraft and used its propeller like a weed-wacker, making bloody, mincemeat of their enemies. The Neo-New Worlder's were taken back by their brutal fighting tactics, they'd done plenty of fuck up things, but they had forgotten that the Major Maddock has a personal vendetta against them, he wasn't above ripping their hearts out, and crushing them over his head as a symbol of revenge against those who'd taken is wife and daughter.

Bullets ripped across the land as American got the last of the Japanese into the transports. "Hellhounds pack it up! We're bugging the fuck out of here!" The Major said throwing the plane at the Neo-Worlder Captain. He drew his prototype laser pistol and fired a few rounds before he got into a transport and was on his way back to America.

Those who'd survived the American defense, watched as the transports took to the skies as they found their commander who'd be cut in half by the propeller. They watched as their enemies left having accomplished their objective, gritted their teeth and cursed them.
