Light and Liberty

It had been three days since the NWNO had launched their attack against the NJT. The last of the oceanic defense grid had collapsed allowing the NWNO troops to begin storming the beaches. They reached out to the NAE for assistance.

"Where the hell did their get the numbers from?"

"Right now, that doesn't matter, Director, I, Commander Bingham, authorize the use of Liberty Bell, now get her into this fight. We cannot lose Japan as an ally."

"YOU HEARD HIM LIBERTY! CRUSH THOSE NAZIS!"

The titan hopped into the Ocean, firing her laser as she made landfall followed by the Director and his team.

"Shit... The Nazis must want something...."

"SIR! ENEMY TITAN LOCATED! IT'S HEADED FOR LIBERTY!"

The Nazi's "Fuhrer Titan" entered the scene taking a swing at Liberty Bell, the female automaton held her ground, swinging a crane at the Fuhrer, knocked it on its back.

"Dog of Democratic Imperialism, lay down and die! The New World Nazi Order shall remake a better world!"

"Freedom has many difficulties, and Democracy is not perfect, but we have never had to put at wall up to keep our people in." Freedom shall prevail!"

Liberty Bell grabbed the Fuhrer and tore his arm off, causing him to retreat, letting the Japanese people cheer and rejoice as the Nazi Dogs ran, tails tucked trying to survive another day.

"Good choice quoting John. F. Kennedy, Liberty Bell."

With a nod, she pursued the Nazi's as far as she could, chasing them from Japanese shores. Director Light smiled as he watched his automaton chase the nazis back to their boats and even sink a few.

The Director looked over the documents his scouts and some of Commander Bingham's men had found. They were plans to attack America directly, this seemed to be a mislead, but he informed President Ghost regardless.

"Very good find Director Light, when you get back Stateside, take Liberty Bell in for upgrades, then report to Leon Defense Agency, apparently they have something that want you to see. Also, bring that Nazi Automaton's arm, let's see what we can learn from it."

"Will do sir."

"Also, after you've seen what they have, you are hereby ordered to spend time with your wife, Christ man, if she calls my office again, I'm going to lose it. Two weeks off paid, have a kid or two."

The Director laughs as he hangs up the phone and makes his way back to his landing craft and heads back to the ship, while Japanese helicopters carried Liberty Bell and the Nazi Automaton's army back to the USS Curtis.

Once everyone aboard the USS Curtis returned stateside, Director Light made his way over to Leon Defense Agency.

"Morning Leon."

"Good to see you detective, I take it Liberty Bell performed well?"

"Yes, although, we need to upgrade her voice and vocal processor."

"We planned on that once you brought her in. Now, as for what will be a game changer in information gathering, say hello to Independence, our first Artificial intelligence that's fully aware and sentient."

"Didn't they make movies about that?"

"Yes, with those in mind we made failsafe's and educated Independence on how Humans work, live and observe the world around us."

"Good morning, Director Daniel Light, how may I assist you today?"

"Good morning to you too Independence, I don't require anything at this time, but could you please assist my team in figuring out the fuck the New World Nazi Order built an Automaton?"

"Once Leon has transported me to the Laboratory, I shall begin assisting you."

"Good, Leon, if Independence stays on our side, you know, not killing us, we could make it so no one lives in fear of the Nazis anymore."

"A being to end this conflict, bringing world peace to us."
