Star Crossed: The Idol King & Empress of Evil

.... "The fates will curse you to a life of hell." She stared those loathsome eyes. Her very being screamed from inside. Her hate knew no bounds. I killed your most precious person." She flashed a manic smile. "You'll suffer for the rest of your life...Emperor. And nothing makes me happier..." Her mad laughter echoed throughout the palace, etching a bone chilling fear into the hearts of everyone who was present that day. The evil Empress had fallen. ..... 7 Days- The World Around Them

Jinhyun hung up his phone. Sekjong had called him to tell him that the police could not find anything in Yoona's house about the assailant. It was as if the attacker had disappeared in thin air.

This is gonna get messy, he thought.

Sung Gojin was not going to stay still after hearing this. The man was going to blame Jinhyun for the attack and try to bring him down. While Jinhyun understood his concerns as a father, it was ultimately Yoona's choice whether to stay in Rogue Culture or not. There was little he could do about her decisions and she was adamant to stay. He mulled over her business proposal but immediately dismissed the thought. Working with Sung Gojin was an impossible notion no matter how profitable it sounded.

He sighed. "Guess we'll have to think about this another time," he murmured.
