Part 38

Izuku looked at his watch with a smile. He knew Paige would be arriving soon. He had already set up. He had a nice blanket down and a basket with food inside. Ready to be eaten. He placed the blanket down in an area where there was a lot of shade. Under a tree. Now all he did was wait. All he could do was wait.

So he did, he moved toward the tree trunk and sat. Leaning against it. Just waiting for his love to arrive.

He pulled out his phone and earphones and listened to music while he waited.

Izuku heard a noise other than the music he was listening to. He opened one eye and noticed how Paige sat down next to him.  He opened both eyes and smiled as he pulled out the earphones. "Sorry, there was traffic" she said. "I coulda swung you here" he said as he moved closer to her. "I know" was all she said and smiled at him. Izuku gave her a quick scan of her outfit. Paige had on a nice sundress. The dress had a floral design too it, having sunflowers printed all around. The dress reached her knees, she also had on a sunhat that was yellow. Matching her dress well. She had yellow and brown pumps on to finish off her look.

Paige also took a quick glance at Izuku. Izuku had on a white v-neck shirt with brown cargo pants and his classic red shoes. A simple look, but since he was lean and toned. It showed his muscle well.

"Well, let's start eating" she said and looked at Izuku. She noticed he had a plastered smile on his face. It didn't seem to leave at all. "I love you" he said. Each word dripping with emotion. Paige felt her heart warm at those words.

"I love you too" she said and they began to eat.

Pulling out the food that Izuku had prepared.

Izuku swung through the city with joy, and hatred for the city.

Swinging past a block of buildings, the people below yelled to him. Saying "SpiderIzuku!" "Yeah SpiderIzuku!" "Go get 'em champ!"

Izuku was filled with joy because him and Paige kissed before he left, but he had to leave because their was crime nearby. Right about...here.

Izuku swung into a cops van. Landing and sticking to the side of it. He looked ahead at the bank in front of him. He noticed a few cops were yelling at somebody, but that somebody was also yelling back.

And when the person yelled back, he immediately knew who it was. "We're waiting for real heroes to arrive to handle this! Not an explosive brat" "Shut the fuck up you fuck knuckle. Now I'm going in there and I'm gonna kick their asses. Then I'm gonna kick your ass" Izuku smiled at the sight of his best friend, Bakugou. He hopped off the van and walked toward Bakugou.

"Listen kid, your not qualified to stop a bank robbery. Go stop a mugging or something" suddenly an explosion went off in front of the cop. Bakugou stood with his scariest face "Shut up, that's the last time I'll tell you" he said before turning to see Izuku. "Izu- SpiderIzuku, what are you doing here?" He asked. Izuku gave him an eye smile. "Here to help" he said and Bakugou nodded. They both began to start walking toward the door to the bank. Many officers tried to stop them, but they ignored them and kept walking. "So, I was thinking that I'd go in from the vents and check it out a little, then we can-" "I'm gonna go inside and explode their faces off" Bakugou said and began running to the door.

"Or we could do that" Izuku said and began running with him. Quickly catching up to him. "Wait you two!!" An officer yelled. But, it was too late. Bakugou jumped at the big double doors extending his arms, blowing the doors off their hinges.

The criminals inside all looked at Bakugou and pointed their guns at him. Their fingers on the trigger, about blast holes in the boy. *Thwip* *Thwip* *Thwip*

All their guns go yanked from them as they landed on the ceiling and got webbed their. Bakugou grinned, seeing Izuku swing in. "Ya know, if you guys wanted to take out money. There was an ATM outside" he said. "Get him!" A man yelled. Bakugou looked at Midoriya and he looked back. They both nodded to each other.

Bakugou was the first to launch. Jumping on to a table, before doing a flip. While still in the air and upside down. He shot an explosion. Knocking the men back. Izuku swung in from the side, dragging a shelf behind him. He began swinging it into the men. He turned his head to see Bakugou going in on the other guys. Punching, kicking and exploding them all.

Izuku's Spidey senses went off, he then felt everything move in slow motion. He turned to see a group of men with AK47's ready to shoot. His eyes widen and he flips onto the roof. The bullets fire into the wall behind him. He jumps off the roof at the men and sweeps the ones leg, grabbing his gun and smacking him over the head with it. Knocking the man out. He then throws the gun at another man's head.

It hits, making the other man stumble backwards. The other men around pointed their guns once more. Izuku webbed onto the barrel of the gun he threw and swung it around him. Making the handle hit the group of me. He then landed with a roll. Bringing the web down and making the gun smack a man on the head.

He looked up at Bakugou and saw him holding a knocked out guy by his face with on hand. He stood over some other unconscious guys as he threw the guy away like trash. "They were all quirkless" Bakugou says. Izuku feels a strange pang at the word 'quirkless' .

C'mon I've had these powers for over a year and I still get affected by the word. I'm not powerless anymore.

Izuku clenches his fist as he walks over some broken glass to his friend. "Why would you hire quirkless men?" Bakugou asked as he brought his hand to his chin. "Maybe they were trying to save money, so they hired q-quirkless men" Izuku said. Getting irritated that he stuttered at the word 'quirkless'.

I think this is just something that's gonna stick with me for life.

He thought and sighed. "We better go check the whole bank" he said and Bakugou nodded. He jumped and webbed onto the big chandelier in the middle. He pulled and landed on the roof. Giving the bank a full sweep he looked at Bakugou as he was walking toward the bank vault. Suddenly the bank vault burst open.

Bakugou jumped backwards at that. He landed with his hands open and ready. Izuku's eye widened when he saw who it was. "Rhino..." He murmured under his breath. The rocky man looked around with money bags in his hands. Noticing Izuku on the ceiling. He gave Izuku a glare, before...running away?

Why's he running?

Izuku thought as a jumped off the roof. Diving straight to the ground, before shooting a web at the ceiling. Causing him to glide over the ground a little. Till he planted his foot on the corner of a desk in front of him and flipped off of it. He watched Rhino burst through the bank and out onto the streets. Bakugou, hot on his tail.

Why is he running?

Izuku questioned as he ran out the building himself. He looked at Rhino halfway down the street. Bakugou not so far behind him. The cops around him began to get into their cars and chase after him. Izuku jumped up onto the side of the building. Landing on all fours on the side. He then jumped up once again and ended up on the roof. He ran along the ledge and jumped to the next building as he watched Rhino.

Why is he running. Rhino would normally fight instead of run. He's strong enough, I should know.

Izuku dived sideways off the building and shot a web line. He swung over Rhino as he looked at him. He swung himself close to the side of a building and let go of the web flying and landing on the side of the building. Before jumping off it. Twisting in the air as he webbed onto the bottom of the police helicopter. He swung himself forward, flying through the sky. He began to descend. He set his sights on Rhino, he then landed on Rhino's back. Rhino looked back at Izuku in shock. Izuku flipped in front of Rhino and held up his hands.

This might hurt

He thought as Rhino ran right into him. Izuku took Rhino on, full force. He skidded backwards on the road, trying to stop them both. He felt heat on his feet from the friction of the soles of his suit on the tar. Rhino then soon began to slow down.

C'mon, c'mon, c'mon, just...stop!

Izuku then heard honking behind him. He looked back a little to see cars behind him. While he was distracted, Rhino used his horn to knock him. Izuku flew into the air, before getting rammed by Rhino's shoulder. He flew back and landed onto a empty car. When the civilians saw Rhino charging down the road, they all left their cars and ran away on foot. Izuku crashed into an old Audi. Leaving a human sized dent where he landed. The car skidded back a bit at the impact. Izuku slid off the car and sat on the floor, completely in pain. The worst pain was coming from his back.

What is that?

He questioned as he looked at his back to see that he had hit the door handle with his back.

He slowly rose to his feet and stretched his back. Hearing a crackling sound, he winced. He shook it off and jumped onto the building next to him. Running sideways along it. He then leaped off of it shooting a web line at a building and swinging. Kicking his legs out at the end of the swing, making him do a twist flip in mid air. He looked at Rhino with squinted eyes. He then shot two webs in front of him. Pulling on the webs to launch himself forward like a slingshot. He cocked his fist back to punch Rhino. Suddenly, the clouds swarmed together. Making the sky dark and grey. Lightning began to strike, and a lightning bolt came down in front of Izuku. Making a shockwave that knocked everyone back. Izuku flew back into a cop car, landing on the hood of the car. Bakugou crashing through a store window. All the cop cars stopped in their tracks at the sight of the lightning. Izuku released a pained breath. He slowly rolled off the hood of the car. Landing with a thud. He slowly stood and looked in front of him. "Electro?" He asked, completely confused as to why the spark plug was helping Rhino. "Speaking of Rhino, where is he?" Izuku looked at a big sewer duct that had it's bars broken open.

"Crap, he got away" he said and looked at Electro. "Listen caped baldy, I don't have time for you right now" he said. Electro didn't even react to the name. Instead flying up and disappearing in the sky. "What the hell is going on? First Rhino, now Electro" he questioned. Then his Spidey senses went off.

But, their was no danger.

I hear ya Spidey senses, something's definitely fishy here.
