In short their slave huh?..Though i wonder why nebulas need stars to represent them anyways?...

KING-THE THIRD RANK:IT CONSISTS OF NEBULAS THAT HAVE THEIR STORIES HEARD BY PEOPLE AS MUCH AS A CITY BUT NOT THAT MANY.

DRAGON-THE SECOND RANK:IT CONSISTS OF NEBULAS THAT HAVE THEIR STORY KNOWN TO MANY, THEIR STORIES ARE KNOWN AROUND DIFFERENT PLACES AROUND THE WORLD]
