Masuyo Vs Yuuta 2

It's the semi finals of the 24th annual tournament of the auras in the kingdom of tengu. The sun is shining at high noon and the crowd are shouting atop their voices. Masuyo and Yuuta stand across from each other, Defensive positions at the ready.

Both: *pant* *pant*

Yuuta: Hmph! Pathetic (disappointed expression)

Masuyo: I'm gonna show you...whose really pathetic here! (Frowns)

Yuuta: (smirks) whatever you say, you're not on my level anyway...loser!

Masuyo: (closes eyes and concentrates)

Yuuta: (gets annoyed and charges towards Masuyo, he conjures up an aura katana and swings it at masuyo)

Masuyo: (As it's about to land, stretches out hand while it glows and grabs the katana. Looking down)

Yuuta: What?! (Bites teeth in anger)

The crowd is in shock and whispers begin to flow around the arena distracting yuuta from seeing the aura fist being swung towards him by Masuyo

Yuuta: !!! (Conjures an aura armor at the last second blocking the blow)

The force of the punch sends yuuta skidding to the ring edge and the crowd gasps at this sight

Masuyo: (emits aura to his feet and proceeds to zigzag at enhanced speed towards yuuta)

He pops up from under yuuta's face looking down and utters one simple word...

Masuyo: check...mate

There's a brief silence in the air as masuyo blasts a one hand aura wave that casts yuuta over the edge on to the ground for a ring out victory

Referee: Your winner of the match...MASUYO!!!

The crowd goes crazy and yuuta's peers are in shock. Masuyo's friends jump with joy as their friend smiles happily.

Yuuta gets up and stays still while looking down. Cheers tone down a bit and Masuyo's friends become worried

Masuyo: Turns toward yuuta and faces him

Yuuta: Clenches his fists and scoffs

Masuyo: Notices and wears a serious face walking towards yuuta.

Masuyo reaches out for a handshake...

Yuuta: Slaps masuyo's hand and teleports ouþ of the arena

Everyone is left stunned while Osaki and Ryoma look at each other before heading out to look for a missing Yuuta

Meanwhile on the other side Shinjiro and Tomoko are clashing for the chance to book a spot in the finals and face masuyo

Grandmaster sensei: My my....this ought to be quite the match (smiles)

His advisor, arms crossed stares at him with a serious and intrigued gaze then looks down as shinjiro and tomoko reach the climax of their match.

Shinjiro: Not bad (smirks), looks like they've been really shaping you up at yokai HQ.

Tomoko: (frowns arrogantly), please...I've always been levels above each and every one of you. (Flicks hair back, eyes closed then activates yokai vision)

Shinjiro: (Frowns in anger and clenches fists)

Tomoko: (smirks)

Shinjiro: HAAAAA!!!! (charges at Tomoko and swings her fists)

Tomoko gracefully, while crossing her arms dodges every swing

Masuyo walks into the competitors watching area to watch

Ryoichi: welcome back and congrats (with a smile on his face)

Masuyo: Thanks man! (Smiles, arms behind his head)

Stares at the ring and sees shinjiro charging

Masuyo: (stay calm shinjiro, don't let her get into your head)

Ryoichi: Don't dress it, there's no way she's losing to the likes of tomoko

Masuyo: (looks at Ryoichi), yeah you're right.

Back to the action in the ring tomoko deflects a swing from shinjiro

Shinjiro: hmph (smiles), Thank you for entertaining me, now...it's over!

Tomoko: *gasp!* when did you set this up?!

Shinjiro: It doesn't matter when really, what matters is what you choose to do in the next 10 seconds (smiles)

Tomoko is trapped in an aura net that she had not seen shinhiro setting up in her barrage of punches. Each second it tightens, stranggling and draining aura from her.

Shinjiro: Seems that yokai vision of yours is still as useless as ever

Tomoko: (curse you shinjiro, I'll get you back for this!)

Referee: Contestant Tomoko, your decision?

Tomoko: I....(struggling to speak).....yi....yield

The Referee crosses his forearms to signal the forfeit and shinjiro undoes the trap leaving tomoko to fall to the ground in a weakened defenseless state.

Ryoichi: see (with a smug smile), I told you didn't I?

Masuyo: I guess you did (smiles back at Ryoichi

The crowd roars getting up on their feet clapping their hands. Shinjiro walks away leaving a helpless tomoko on the ground as medics rushed to assist her out of the ring.

On her way to the competitors waiting area she finds Masuyo, arms crossed lying against the wall waiting...

Masuyo: Well well... it would seem...

Shinjiro: let me stop you there...

Masuyo: ...

Shinjiro: I already know what you're gonna say so let me say it back to you...Don't think of holding back because I'm your friend friend, in the finals....I'm taking you down!

Masuyo: hmph...I guess that's that (smiles)

Shinjiro walks away and ryoichi shows up

Ryoichi: Did I just miss her?

Masuyo: Yeah, but don't worry...she's alright.

Ryoichi and Masuyo walk out of the stadium together and part ways with a fist pump going to their respective Squad HQs.
