Meanwhile, battles of similar predicaments were unfolding in other locations. These battles had initially occurred only within Hunter's guilds when the possessed Hunters launched their attacks. However, the battles had now spread everywhere, proving increasingly difficult to control.
Hunters were attacking their own guilds, causing confusion among their friends and fellow Hunters who knew them well. Compounded by the fact that their powers had somehow grown stronger, those facing them were finding it increasingly harder to hold their ground.
At Veil Guards guild, even Rudy, who should have been enjoying his vacation with his girlfriend, had to cancel their plans upon hearing of this situation.
