Chapter 11: Welcoming The New Generation

It's been a year since the move to shut down Team Rocket and it worked perfectly. Porygon-z worked overtime to track down any Rocket sympathizers and provide evidence to lead to their arrests. Currently the Indigo is free of evil teams.

Amber and Mewtwo also completed their training with Sabrina and have come to join me on Sky Island. They've already been told that when Amber starts her journey she will be taking all three of the cloned starters with her as well as Mewtwo which they were all happy to agree to. Mewtwo's psychic abilities are incredibly powerful and I'm not talking about the three T's, Teleportation, Telekinesis, and Telepathy. He is also gifted in the field of divination, yes he can basically see the future. I've given him some warnings about the power as the future isn't set in stone and just because Amber will struggle with something he shouldn't always step in as it will stunt her growth if she relies on him too much, which he agreed to. Also Professor Oak was over the moon to add the 151st pokemon to the Kanto dex.

Not much happened to meet while I explored Hoenn. I found the Sky Pillar and met Raquaza which led me to me going to Mt Cornet and the Underwater cave where I met Groudon and Kyroge respectively. Steven was over the moon when I took him to meet them. I also ended up with a young shiny Rayquaza to raise, much to Drake and Lance's envy, as it turns out most legendaries below Tier 1 have multiple counter parts and the Rayquaza that I met was one of 13 that protect earths atmosphere.

As both Kyroge and Groudon are awake and caring for one of their young they were both rather non-confrontational and peaceful. I'm not sure how this will affect Team Magma and Aqua's goals but I decided to leave that for Ash to take care of. If I intervene in all of his adventures none of them will end up happening and he might not end up as Alola's first champion.

I also helped the Deoxys core in LaRousse City to heal back into a Deoxys before introducing it to the Rayquaza in Heonn and helping them to get along.

Also while in Altomare I ended up meeting Latias and Latios. After playing with Latias and giving Latios a bit of a beating I called Drake and filled him in on the situation with both Legendaries and asked him to train them. Long story short he was thrilled to be able to train 2 dragon type Legendaries even when I told him he couldn't catch them as they were vital for the protection of the city. However the Soul Dew was an interesting item, as it was basically made of pure crystalised Aura. I stayed there for a month to train my Body with my Lucario and pumping it full of my Aura twice a day and it almost doubled in size. Over all I don't have the best relationship with the Latios but Latias was cute enough to make up for it.

I also met Flannery and gave her 2 fire type pokemon eggs which hatched into a Fletchling and Larvesta I also gave her a young Litwik to raise and with the progress I've seen her make in the past year I haven't regretted it.

Also Flint has come back to Pewter Gym after his 'Sabatical' and Brock is prepped to go on his journey to become a breeder starting next season which lines up with the anime. I also gave him the heads up that when Ash Ketchum turns up at his gym he should go with him. I justified this as the boy is one of Professor Oaks protogees and will have a lot of pokemon for him to practice with as well as his personality he agreed with me that Ash would be a good person to travel with.

Misty's Feebas evolved into a Milotic this year to celebrate I gave her a Kingsrock from the system as she already got a Slowpoke from her parents a few years ago and told her that she should only evolve the slowpoke with the Kingsrock after she has 1 badge. Yeah I managed to convince her to do the badge challenge. I'm going to laugh my ass off if she's the one who knocks Ash out of the conference in the future.

Aside from that it's been a quiet year the only contributions I made to the scientific community was the existence of Kleavor and how to evolve Scyther using Black Agurate.

Currently I'm on the way to a meeting that Lance asked me and Prof Oak to attend.

I got Metagross to teleport me to an island off the coat of Hoenn.

"Yo Lance I'm here." I said as we appeared to see Cynthia and Lucian 'So Sinnoh is joining the PWL' I thought to myself.

"Kai about time meet Champion Cynthia Shirona and one of her Elite 4 Lucian, they're from Sinnoh and have recently joined the Pokemon World League."

"Sinnoh, ugh what can I remember about Sinnoh." I said thinking to myself. "Oh yeah Sinnoh is where the area once called Hisui is now located" gaining Cynthia's attention.

"Hisui? What do you know about Hisui?" Asked Cynthia

"The Sinnoh people liveing in Hisui and worshiped Arceus. The legend states that an ancient hero befriended ten Pokémon, these pokemon received Arceus's blessing, and they gathered the Plates in order to find Arceus. Professor Laventon created the first known Pokedex and worked alongside the Diamond and Pearl Clans to create the first prototypes of the pokeballs we use now." I said from what I could remember of the lore from the Legends of Arceus game.

Cynthia's eyes widened as Lucian cut in "how do you know so much about Hisui we were led to believe you were a pokemon Professor?"

" Mother fucker I. AM. AN. ARCHEOLOGIST." I said pointing at Lucian " Just because the things I found somehow led me down the route of becoming a Professor that specializes in breeding and alternate evolutions, does not change the fact that I am first and foremost an archeologist."

Lucian raised his hands in surrender smiling wryly as Lance and Cynthia grinned.

"You can deny it all you want Kai but you've made more contributions to the Indigo's scientific community with you're alternate evolutions than anything you discovered while cave diving."

"Lance you're Tyrantrum and Aerodactyl would beg to differ."

Causing him to blush and look away before continuing. " But most people know your name due to the new evolutions and alternate forms you've discovered."

"And most people know you as champion. Doesn't change the fact that you are primarily a Flying type Master."

"Yes I may be a - Wait what do you mean flying type master??"

"Dragonite, Gyradose, Charizard and Aerodactyl are all flying types. Dragonite Tyrantrum are the only true dragons on your team. This you are primarily a Flying type master. You're welcome for the Tyrant at least you're makeing headway in becoming a Dragon Master." I said grinning at him.

"Bu-Wai-What? Do people consider me a flying type master?" Asked Lance shocked

"Meh the normal people in the league consider you a Dragon Master but the people in the Scientific community call you the secret flying master."

"Ugh I need more dragons that don't have the flying type."

"Now to answer Lucians question. There was a group that called themselves the the Galaxy Expedition Team had some settlements in Hoenn and I found some of their note books." I said as I asked my system to create some of the books and teleport them to my house.

"Metagross do you mind teleporting to my home and asking Amber to grab the books for you to bring here?" I asked turning to Metagross

"Wait!" Said Lance before Metagross could leave "Can we bring them to your place to give them the full introduction?"

"I'm assuming that you have already talked to all of the rest and that they're at my home waiting for us?" I asked Lance while sighing

Lance grinned unrepentantly which answered my question.

"Ugh okay change of plans. Take one of these." I said handing everyone a sky Island token. "And crush it. It will teleport you to the area that I live." As me and Lance crushed ours.

Almost a minute after me and Lance arrived Cynthia and Lucian arrived. Standing in front of them with my arms spread I said "Welcome to Sky Island. This place was the final refuge of the Aura Guardians of Rota."

"Wait you have contact with the Aura Guardians of Rota??" Squealed Cynthia

"No. The Order was exterminated after the death of Sir Areon. We don't know how many Aura users survived the purge but there are a handful of them reappearing at current point the only Natural Aura Guardians is me and my adopted sister Amber. There is one Awakened Guardian which is Bruno of the Indigo Elite 4 that I personally awakened."

"I-I see" stuttered Cynthia "I'm sorry if I asked something rude."

" Don't sweat it the island was once a refuge but now all of the Champions and Elite's in the PWL have a home here where they can act like normal people without all the political drama." I said grinning.

"That's nice" said Lucian "I'm assuming you brought us here for a similar reason?"

"Yep inside I have an interactive map with the locations of pokemon their migratory patterns and where there are currently houses and who they belong to, so you 2 can pick a spot and give me specifics you want for your houses. I will also be creating 2 vehicles for each of you one will be a car but the other is up to your discretion. And yes you can take the vehicles off island.

Now let's go meet everyone in the house before you pick the area you want a home in."
