Chapter 33 - Auction.
The three ogres that were further ahead stopped moving. Lukas then pulled a hair from his head and fashioned a dagger in his hand. After this, he ran toward the ogres.
With quick movements, he cut the knee of the three paralyzed ogres. After that, the three ogres fell to the ground and screamed in pain. Lukas deactivated his ocular ability, and the ogres began to move again.
Their legs had become useless, so they began to crawl on the ground with their arms.
"I will deal with you later." The other five remaining ogres were advancing toward Lukas. He then activated his ocular ability again and looked at the five ogres. Unfortunately, his ability reached its limit.
Only three ogres remained still. The other two continued to approach Lukas. They were slow, so Lukas didn't worry too much.
He used his pyrotechnic skill and threw a fireball toward the face of one of the ogres, distracting it.
