chapter 16: divine slaughter

The hammer trajectory was a blur of light and sound that shook the fabric of reality,Wang yan said to himself,"these clones are a distraction to buy time,now I will destroy the so called strategy"as Wang yan mighty arms swung downwards,the lightning hammer seemed to come alive,it's head expanding with incredible speed,growing bigger and larger until it was the size of a small house,it's surface crackling with energy.

It's runes blazing like stars,the hammer handle once a sturdy oak shaft now seemed to stretch and grow like a living branch tree,the hammer's head now a massive brick of electricity pulsed with otherworldly energy,it's surface ripping with energy,like the surface of a stormy sea.

The air around it seemed to distort and ripple,as if reality itself was bending to accommodate the hammer's sheer size and power,the ground began to shake as if it was afraid of the hammer,the clone stood in one position, startled and confused on what to do next but luck was not on its side,the hammer immediately hit it like there is no tomorrow.

The huge blast shook the earth and made a huge impact upon hit like a meteorite hitting the Earth's surface with all it's energy ,in the air as the level nine creature was clashing with ling xue,it abruptly stopped and touched on its chest feeling some sort of pain,maybe it felt pain because it had sort of a connection with it's clone,the pain was severe that it spat out blood.

Ling xue stood tall and said,"you know that using your spirit to form a clone reduces your power by almost five percent"

The level nine creature hurriedly replied, even though my power reduces by ten even twenty percent,it will be enough to beat you.

Ling xue smirked and said,"you beat me,time is up,now I will send you back from where you came from and that is hell.

Ling xue shouted,"hibiscus of hell" in that moment a red hibiscus flower measuring over ten meters radius took form immediately it center began to lit up like the sun and blasted a beam of fire,the ray was a blazing incandescent beam of pure energy radiating from the central point of the hibiscus flower like a miniature sun,the ray was a concentrated column of flames that burned with a fierce molten intensity,the sound of the ray was a crackling deafening crescendo of burning fury,the level nine creature tried to dodge the ray but the ray seemed to have a consciousness seeking it's target with unrelenting fury.

The level nine creature tried to maneuver heading towards the ground but the powerful ray managed to hit it, sending it stumbling to the ground,once again the level nine creature was left helpless without any clones or clansmen to help it out face the fury of the students of star prime academy.

Wen li asked Wang yan, can't we help out finish off this trash"

Wang yan responded,"no we can't,just watch and see how powerful ling xue is when she and her guardian pet unite."
