Chapter eight

Most if not all don't know that Prince Yuki's consort actually the boss of the kinagure group, everyone thinks his brother the head. Even though he died five years ago!

"Boss, it's good to see you," Tiny spoke.

"Good to see you too, Tiny," I replied.

"Cielo, there's someone here to see you. It's Van's daughter, she says she's here to talk about a marriage proposal." Nagi Said.

"Alright, see you both later," I replied.

I walked into the room, you could see a girl with long blond hair tied in a bun and bangs hanging on each side.

"Didn't I tell you that I'm already married, can't marry you. It's denied, again for the millionth time." I replied.

"I refuse to give up, I will marry you someday! And I don't care if anyone dies in my path!" She shouted as she left the room.

"Boss, Yuki-San, And Haru-san will be coming back to your room soon. You must leave now." Ku informed.

"Yeah," I replied.

I teleported back to my room and was tired so I slept as Yuki entered the room.

"Ami? How did you get all dirty? Must have gone to the garden again." He muttered.

His eyes gazed towards the bandage on his arm and questioned where he got that.

"He must have gotten scratched somewhere? I'll ask some point tomorrow, he looks really tired today." He muttered softly.

"Yuki, don't die on me. If you do who will eat all this food with me." I muttered.

"He's dreaming, but I don't get the whole food part?" He softly muttered.

"You will die by my hand, you sorry excuse for a villain. You took everything from me, my love, my child, my pride. You will die a painful death to satisfy all the death you've caused." I recited softly.

"Ami? Ami!" He shouted.

My eyes woke as he looked at me with his eyes softened at the sight of me.

"Hmm, Yuki?" I Said.

"Ami, you were saying all these things in your sleep, what kind of books have you been reading?" He asked.

"Nothing, I haven't even seen the library," I replied.

"I don't believe you, but whatever." He replied.

"Some secrets are better left unknown, for now at least," I said.

"Ami? You're speaking nonsense again." He replied.

"Am I? Most people would have thought I lost my mind by now." I spoke.

"Lost your mind? They dare say that about you, who may I ask?" He asked.

"No one, not yet at least..for now. Now there's something I gotta ask?" I replied, "Do you possibly know where I can find Jun?"

"Jun? Who's that?" He asked.

"Figures as much...Jun is someone who owes me a favor or two, he's known to be handy when it comes to...ridding the competition, or doing business with me." I explained.

"What kind of business?" He asked.

"Nothing you need to worry about for now," I replied.

"You're hiding things from me, and I don't like it." He Said.

"But Yuki...if I don't then you'll get hurt." I pouted.

"F-Fair enough!" He shouted as he was flustered.

"But I still don't like it, you will tell me someday won't you." He replied.

"I will, the day when everything is right," I Said with a slight smile on my face.

I'm sorry that I'm not telling you anything right now, I want to really bad but I'm afraid that you'll...

"Your highness! Your highness! The Noble consort has been kidnapped!" A servant shouted.

Kidnapped? That stupid woman she'll accuse me! When I have done nothing wrong to her? She must be conspiring with Azu's evil minsters!

"Yuki, I'm coming with you! I have a degree in being a detective." I replied.

I entered the room to see a knife on the ground, obviously used to hurt her leaving a blood loss. But the culprit could have used a drug or lack of oxygen, not a knife unless intended as a setup. The second clue is a..foot step prints about my size, seems the noble consort hired someone who wears the same shoe size and my height to "kidnap" her and make it seem like my fault but there's one thing wrong the hair left here is black, I have white hair with orange tips at the end. That's the final clue to set me up.

"Your highness there's news, the noble consort was found in a cabin claiming the consort kidnapped her." The servant spoke.

I ran to the imperial palace right away to plead my innocence.

"Your majesty, I'm not the culprit...I swear on my marriage with his highness I didn't do it, I have evidence as well." I replied.

"Really now? The noble consort claims it's you. Have the same height, shoe size, and hair color too." He replied.

"Your majesty, I have found hair claims to be mine when in fact it's not, you see my hair is white and has orange tips at the end due to my mother's trait. Also, the weapon used was a knife and their blood on it causing blood lost meaning..no memory's during the event, also I have an alibi I was in my room with his highness when we were informed that the noble consort was kidnapped, a witness as well to prove what I say is true. Also, I have a question..your majesty if I may ask it?" I replied.

"Granted." He replied.

"How could a person who was losing blood at such a fast rate have a very good description on the culprit, as well as having returned with no blood on your clothes or wounds that should be there also...why is your hair the same as before, a normal kidnapping would not be so..set up. And from what I have deduced there were also no guards at the scene none dead or blood left behind? How may I say noble consort, how exactly did you get kidnapped and not hurt?" I asked.

"W-Well I couldn't see anything! And the man must have known I was of high rank and dare not hurt me!" She shouted in panic.

"You see a normal bandit would not care if you were of high rank or not unless they were hired per se..by...you! You set me up and hired one of the servants to "kidnapping" you and making me pay and getting rid of me and replacing me with your favorite little girl who's a low born you favor quite a lot." I explained, "that is why I had nothing to do with it, your majesty."

"I see...anything else you have investigated I might as well get this woman out of here." He replied.

"I have proof that the noble consort conspired with minsters in the dragon queens kingdom." I replied "You see about two years ago, the dragon queen learned that the minsters were planning on rebellion but couldn't do so without eliminating all heirs to the throne so..they had made an agreement with the noble consort that she would give them a poison that would cripple the dragon queens little brother in exchange they would make her pregnant with a royal heir. All worked out till I intervened and met the brother on his journey to the hot springs, saved his life and he lives with me now. I and the dragon queen swore that's once I got proof that the noble consort was guilty, I would ask his majesty if I could get a confession of all who was with her and deliver it to her majesty and raise the brother till he could take over the throne."

"I see..they wanted to overthrow her. That also explains in the report that you were attacked by a mysterious man that very night." He replied "Guards! Take Noble consort to the cold palace to wait for her trial."

"Your majesty, I have been framed by that little runt!" She shouted as she was dragged off to the cold palace.

"Cielo, I'm granting you the title of imperial court detective, you will solve cases for me and prove who's innocent and not." He spoke.

"This consort thanks his majesty," I replied.

"Dismissed!" He announced.

I left the palace and managed to walk back to my own but not before bumping into the Crown Princess.

"Greetings to her royal highness," I replied.

"Hmm? Oh, you there tell me your name and status." She commanded.

Snotty as the norm.

"I'm Amora "Cielo" kinagure, Prince Yuki's consort and imperial court detective. Your royal highness." I replied.

"What? Prince Yuki's consort? You? I don't believe that! You're supposed to be..weak and pathetic!" She shouted.

"I am the consort, your royal highness and I do not recall any of that. Seeing as I have lost my memories due to the "accident" as they call it." I explained.

"Hmm, well then I see. You may leave..but one condition! You will serve in my palace for a few days." She Said.

"Umm...your royal highness is afraid I can't do that, I have been ordered by his majesty a few days ago through the letter that I have been granted at the diplomat of this country and granted to go to the dragon queens palace in a few hours from now." I explained, "it's been requested that I leave now."

"Then granted leave as you wish but take my daughter with you." She replied.

"As you wish," I Said.
