Chapter 99: Through the Wilderness

The leader of the rebellion against the Queen was down, but she was not out yet. Siren felt the pain within her building as she made it back to her feet. She did not have much left to continue. So, she needed to end things right here and now! But… little did she realize that the end was closer than she anticipated.

“SIREN! LOOK OUT!” Maximus screamed out to her as he noticed that she was in a dangerous spot.

“Huh?” she said while receiving his message through her keen hearing. She looked to her left and right to assess the situation around and saw no threats nearby. To her misfortune, that was because the danger was behind her!

“Gotcha!” Maduma yelled as she wrapped her ginormous hand around Siren’s body.

A startled Siren immediately started struggling in the Goliathea’s hand and ended up dropping her guitar in the process.

“Siren! No!” Roman yelled as he and the others noticed that their friend was in the Queen’s clutches.
