Chapter 3

( Seoul in South Korea)....

Jennie alighted the plane and dragged along her suitcase.

" I told you, I would do it .....so it's useless trying to stop me now ." Jennie said in the call ." I already booked an appointment and did a background check on the hospital. This is the best country for plastic surgery plus no one will want me with this scar on my face."

" Will your family recognize you after that? " Jazelle her friend asked from the other end of the line.

"That family did this to me."

"But Jennie....."

Jennie cut the call before she could continue.

An hour later....

Jennie walked to the receptionist.

Jennie: "Annyeonghaseyo" ( Hello!)

Rec: " Annyeong!" ( Hi!) Jal jinesseyo ? . ( How are you?)

Jennie : Jeoneun jal jinaeyo ( I'm fine thank you.) Yeongeo halsu isseoyo? ( Can you speak English?)

Rec: yes ma'am .

Jen: I booked an appointment with the doctor for surgery.

Rec: Yes , you're just in time... Your surgery is in half an hour.

"Thank you! "She said taking a seat.

Another receptionist walked in. ( Talking in Hangul)

" Whose that? "

" Another patient... plastic surgery...face. "

"She needs one . Look at that scar on her face. If I were her I would have covered it up . How can she walk like that?"

" If you were me? . ...I can make you like me just repeat what you said one more time. " Jennie said lowering the magazine she was reading and walked to the the receptionist desk..

"I said repeat it...." Jennie said staring into her eye calmly " wanna know why I walk like this without a damn thought of what people like you think? ...because it's the last day I'll have it ....so what if the whole world sees it? "

A doctor cleared his throat and everyone turned to him . He walked up to them ..

" I apologize for this Ms . Jennie. This way please , we shall begin your surgery."

" You seriously do speak a lot if trash for a simple receptionist!" Jennie said before walking away.

"We're sorry! " The receptionists said bowing..

"So how should we do the surgery ? Your interest is our priority. "The doctor asked after Jennie changed into a hospital gown.

" I want to get rid of this scar."

"The scar only? Okay."

" I have a few adjustments. Make me look like a Kardashian. Medium sized eyes, longer lashes , a visible jaw line , we could reduce the baby cheeks a little bit and a glowing skin. "

"That's all? "

" One last. thing ....make it look natural and real."
