As Alex and Mia journeyed deeper into the heart of the city, their search for answers led them to a desolate alleyway, where they stumbled upon a group of shadowy figures lurking in the darkness. Instinctively, they drew closer, their senses on high alert.

"What are you doing here?" Alex demanded, his voice firm as he confronted the strangers.
