PROLOGUE

Ten years ago, the government of Japan was overthrown by the military under the command of a general, with close assistance from his allies. The prime minister was openly executed alongside his ministers.

His Majesty managed to evade the grasp of the general, and no one knew his whereabouts. The United Nations and other major nations did not bother to interfere in the internal struggle of the country. Many anti-riot groups were formed to protest but were severely crushed, and their leaders were publicly killed in an act to demoralize the movement. However, a few groups managed to survive and moved their operations underground. These groups began to focus primarily on military tactics, such as bombing military camps, attacking patrolling officers, and even attempting to assassinate the General, but they ultimately failed.

In response, the military formed a special team known as the State Intelligence and Counter Combat Team (S.I.C.C.T). The S.I.C.C.T did not comprise military officials or adults but consisted of teenagers who had undergone training from a young age. This training took a maximum of nine years, after which they were immediately deployed as military spies.

The spies became well known for their brutality and skill, effectively crushing almost all of the underground rebellions. However, no one ever knew their names, faces, or any other identity except the general and his few commanders. Their trainers were killed after the graduation of the cadets. Fear became the second enemy of the fighters, as they never knew how the spies would strike or where they were located. They were ghosts.

Despite this, the formation of an organization mainly comprising teenagers was formed to combat the military. These teenagers had undergone military and intelligence training. The general became a shadow in the eyes of the people, as no one knew his whereabouts.
