CHAP:01 [Prologue]

*AFTER an ETERNITY*:

Cough* Cough* a black hooded girl-no! cupid came out of a circular flying car that just crashed, and the said cupid was surrounded by grey clouds of smoke, when all of a sudden, the cupid saw two black circles in the grey. They were cute as of a toddler's doe eyes and then a cute little kid was exposed as the clouds went away with the warm breeze of summer.

The cupid looked into the young eyes of the kid; the cupid saw no fear but admiration in those eyes as she greeted the little one with such awkwardness ''ah! Hello there, little friend''

The kid stood still and stared at the new discovered stranger...

''Oh, kid! I think you won't like to miss seeing that beautiful bird there!!" the cupid pointed at the tree in front and as soon as the kid moved her little eyes from her admirable target, after turning around there was only dust and smoke left off by the cupid.

The cupid ran as fast as she could but that was when she realised that her beloved spaceship was left behind. she went back but the kid was still there, so she hid behind a bush and as soon as the kid ran away with a football in her hands, the cupid threw her boomerang card and it went right through the spaceship and back in her hands, ''Phew!'' she sighed as the spaceship disappeared.

[Rewind]

''Oh! so, this was what you were talking about!'' a so-called cupid who had quite an impressed expression said as she grazed her fingers on the iron skin of the kind of circular flying car.

''I have never felt so happy and useful before'' A cupid having a Frankenstein cut on his forehead exclaimed as stars and glitters made its way to the scientist's green orbs as he walked towards his now completed ultimate creation.

'' I know right! I suppose that this will also go to your collection of greatest accomplishments'' The magician type cupid, who just winked at the other with her hands doing a finger gun gesture towards the other as she explained; like she was trying to convey that the other really hit the bullseye.

''Yes, this is indeed one of my greatest accomplishments'' The young boy who is in his late 90s answered.

''I might say that I am impressed by my dear friend, by the way you are going to be of 100 years this cupid month''. the cupid said while putting the coat she was wearing, on a study chair.

'' Yes, I remember, but I still can't believe. Time went by so fast'' The said soon to be birthday boy answered and drifted his eyes towards the thin air as if he was in somewhat flashback.

''frank...'' A not so tiny whisper was heard in the lab like room.

''Yes?'' The called bro asked as he gathered up the scattered stuff and the mess he made.

'' Did you....wrote....your application of...re...reincarnation'' A sudden expression and feeling of sadness clouded on the once excited face.

''Yeah, I wrote it the halfway through and I am still having some trouble, so I would like go to the library after you depart for your journey'' He stated as he approached the cupboard and took out a bundle of plain white pages to fill the page holder on his study table.

''o... ok, that's good'' she said as she went towards her coat that was laying comfortably on the chair.

''I will give you the documents and instructions about this spaceship and...........oh, I remember! You have to go for the trial drive before you actually drive it!!'' frank told her as the now so shocked but still excited cupid said while jumping.

''OK!! Let's Go!!!'' She exclaimed while skipping her way towards the door that heads towards the hallway(corridors) of the cupid HQ(headquarters).
