Clairvoyance
Right after General Medaan left the prison, Lieutenant Elian's power suddenly activated.
Clairvoyance, like other psychic powers, was quite unstable in its early stages.
It was impossible to predict or control when the power would kick in, though it usually happened when the user's life was in danger or because of something the user fervently desired.
These fragments of the past or future could be connected to a person, an object, or a strong feeling rooted in any of the above.
Visions could also last a few seconds, as well as several minutes or hours, even days in some recorded cases.
However, regardless of the duration of the vision, the user would feel that everything had happened in the blink of an eye.
After several years, Elian was able to handle these unpredictable mental explosions and find the pattern to force them.
