Happy Moment.

 Annabella returned to her room, her steps lighter than before. For the first time in what felt like forever, she stood up for herself, and it brought a sense of relief she hadn't expected. She had faced Andrew, the man who held power over so many aspects of her life, and for once, she didn't feel small. She realized he wasn't some invincible force that she had to bow down to all the time.

 Sitting on the edge of her bed, she took a deep breath, reflecting on what had just happened. She had always been timid around Andrew, always too scared to speak her mind, thinking he was too far above her in status, in power. But today was different. Today, she'd found her voice, and it felt good.

 "I'm not just someone's wife or some pawn in a contract marriage," she whispered to herself. "I'm Annabella Rose, and I have my own worth."

 For the first time since the marriage, she felt a glimmer of hope—hope that she could survive this, that she could protect herself and her mother without letting Andrew crush her spirit. She had endured so much already, and now, she realized she didn't have to keep letting Andrew walk all over her.

 Annabella looked out the window, thinking about her mom in the hospital. "I have to stay strong, for her," she thought. "She's still fighting, and so will I."

 No matter what Andrew did next, she promised herself she wouldn't lose who she was. She'd be strong, not just for her mother, but for herself too.
