Martin sighs as he walks towards Kayla's room. he had called her and told her he was coming and she, of course, was thrilled because she still saw him as an ally, she thought he would, of course, be on her side as before and would help her get back with Ty but she would be sadly mistaken.
The only reason he was here now and would continue being wherever she was, was because Ty needed someone to keep an eye on this woman and not only to keep an eye on her because any one of his cousins could do that, he needed someone who could get inside her head, Ty and his family wanted to know exactly what she was thinking and he had volunteer because he was the one person she would still open up to, his wife Susan was once Kayla's good friend but now, she didn't even want to hear Kayla's name but then again who could blame her, she had however given him the go-ahead to help out Ty, so here goes nothing.
"Well, aren't you looking like a million bucks?" He said entering her room and walking over to her bed, sitting next to her. "Well, well, if it isn't my best friend, thank you for coming but what I wouldn't give to hear those words from Ty." She said with a sigh.
"First of all, I brought you some fruits and magazines to pass the time, so enjoy, second thing is, I'm sorry for what you went through and I'm glad you're okay, well, not okay but alive, third thing is, I'm not here to give you false hope, I'm going to tell you like it is…I….."
"I know, I know, I messed up but why won't he come to visit me? He can't still be upset with me can he?" She asks sadly. "Kay, the man has a restraining order against you, so stop looking for him; he won't be coming within a hundred yards of you." He states firmly.
"Everyone makes mistakes Martin; I too deserve a second chance, to make him happy." "He's happy." "With that street trash? No way, he deserves better, I can give him that and you're going to help me." Well, at least now he knew she hadn't changed.
There's not much I can do Kay, T J has moved on." "Oh really, we'll just see about that. So I heard that Trisha has disappeared with all my stuff." "Unfortunately yes." "Yeah, she has always wanted my stuff, kept trying to get me to lend them to her but I wouldn't and now she has them all, everything, I've lost everything that mattered to me and I'll not lose Ty too, I won't, that street trash's days are numbered, Ty is mine."
"Kay…." "Don't, Martin, just don't, I know what you're thinking but I know that Ty still loves me and we'll be together, you just wait and see." She said firmly.
After one hour of trying to convince her to use this second chance that she has been given to rebuild her life and realizing that she had absolutely no intention of doing that, he gave up and told her he would see her soon and left. As soon as he got into his car and fasten his seat belt, he called Ty.
An hour after Martin left, her mother and sisters came to visit her, a few minutes later she heard one of them mention Ty's name while watching a video and became determined to see what they were all watching, so when her mom took them to get something to eat she hide their tablet and when they return she then began doing all she could to make them leave, which they eventually did.
Half an hour later she was biting her lips as her eyes roam over Ty's body movements. The videos were of Ty, his brothers and his cousins dancing. Jealously rise inside of her when she realize that meant her sisters were there, they were at Ty's house on more than one occasion, they got to be near her sexy, gorgeous Ty and she couldn't. She will have to fix that in a hurry, no one was going to stop her from being with the man she loves, no one.
She moans again as she ran her fingers over his moving image. It had almost killed her when she thought that Ty had hung up on her when she had stolen a phone from one of the men that came into the room where they had held her captive.
All through the unspeakable things they did to her when they discover what she had done only one thing kept playing over and over again in her head and that was the fact that Ty had just hung up on her. She was desperately in need of his help and he had hung up on her and nothing those men did to her hurt more than that. She remembers Steven telling her that Ty was on his way to marry that piece of street trash, so she had thought that he hung up on her to go do just that and that too hurt more than anything she was going through at that moment.
