A few weeks passes

Vlad is gradually getting a better understanding of what kind of physical laws Alpha 1 has.

The plants from Earth (genetically modified for rapid growth) are growing just fine in Alpha 1, he has even tried using the water and soil from Alpha 1 with little signs of significant changes.

Although they're taller and has a more extensive root network but in it can easily explain by the low Gravity and less dense soil.

(Lower gravity makes things grow bigger and in poor soil regions plants are found to have larger root networks to absorb more nutrient and compensate for the poor soil, plants grown in space also exhibited this these kinds of changes)

In the meanwhile while looking at the test results Vlad is busy munching on some Biological matter that has the appearance of little blue balls, the pre-war people calls Blueberries.

Suffice to say he has become addicted to the sensation of taste.

'Remarkable... to think that carbohydrates in from of plants matter actually has this sensation' Vlad thought in wonder as he stares at the platter of fruits on his side.

Although the sensation is great but it also has it's downsides, as rather than the carefully engineered and calculated NC (Nutrient Cells. The stuff used to make Nutrient Paste) which the body absorbs 100%.

This... "primitive" type of rations is actually quite inefficient as they contained a lot unnecessary crap in them which the body doesn't need, that will result in the production of waste material called faecal matter or in low intelligence pre-wars terms "Poop".

Just like how using bad fuel on gasoline car would cause combo build up, the human body works the same. Ideally you would want a fuel would want a fuel that leaves no residue, but in order to pursuit this 100% efficiency you'll naturally need to sacrifice a lot of things such as texture, taste and smell.

In war time things like texture, taste and smell are naturally not important when you're very survival is at stake.

Anyways a series of experiments has just concluded with the usage of a micro collider and the results are pretty much identical to his universe .

There's no abnormal on the the magnetic force, gravity, strong and weak nuclear force, bafflingly everything seems the same, there's there properties and strengths are the the same as his universe.

The basic gravity an atom generates no weaker in Alpha 1 side than on Earth's and yet almost everything on Alpha 1 is 95% less dense than on his universe.

It isn't magnetic force, the strong and weak nuclear force ether.

Dark energy? The force responsible for the Universe's accelerated expansion. That doesn't seem likely ether.

Vlad checked the results again and again, yet he isn't able to find anything as to why everything on that world is less dense or how the creatures on the other side is able to produce those super natural anomalies.

Although he's been able to get a few clues as the creatures that are able to produce those supernatural phenomena has a few percentage mass than their powerless kin, it also seems to be related to the extra circulatory system found on almost all native animals on the other side.

Although much of the nature of extra circulatory remains a mystery to him as no matter how much he dissect them or observe it, he couldn't figure out what it does.

It's tubular structure seems to indicate that it's used to transports something but for exactly Vlad has no idea.

It does transport blood, oxygen, nutrients, waste material, carbon dioxide, electrical signals or anything observable for that matter.

Although Vlad can't observe any he is quite sure though this circulatory system is quite crucial to the supernatural phenomena they produce as every time generates a supernatural phenomena there would always be abnormal cell activity on this extra circulatory tract.

It's really frustrating to Vlad as it's like watching a mime climbing up an invisible rope, trouble is that this isn't an optical illusion.

Anyway preliminary biological studies suggests that there's no problem with Terran lifeforms to survive in Alpha 1 beside a slight disorientation due to the lower gravity.

On the other hand Alpha 1 based creatures are having a lot of trouble surviving on Earth with most of them perishing without assistance, even if they do survive and place in a artificially induced environment they would still be much weaker.

This reaction can be much more visibly observed in animals (particularly these capable of supernatural phenomena) from Alpha 1 side being transported to Earth, as even being placed is a low gravity environment with low air pressure these creatures are struggling to even stand.

Interestingly they also lost all abilities to manifest supernatural phenomena, which make Vlad think that the other side has some sort of exotic particle(s)/energy field that can't be observed on in a conventional way and is native to the other universe.

Anyway Vlad further expands the underground base in Alpha 1 as he plans to start ramping exploration to the other side.
