More Than Fate
"Del? Del! Are you okay?" Kylia was startled to see him suddenly flip over, blood spurting from his nose.
This strange yet comical phenomenon was the first time she had witnessed it happening to a human based on her experiences in two worlds.
Del got up while wiping his nose. He had nearly blown his own head off from a burst blood vessel in his nose. Seeing Kylia's worried face in the vision, Del could only sigh deeply.
Luckily, no one in this world knew his true identity as an Immortal Paragon, and no one had witnessed firsthand what had just happened. However, Del was sure that the staff in the monitoring room would be confused by what had occurred. Del waved his hand towards the camera recording his laboratory, indicating that he was fine and there was no need to call anyone to check on him.
"I'm fine," Del said.
