Turn of events

"It's me Rin, don't you recognize me neighbor?" Rin replied with his eyes wide open, shaking.

"Rin.. Rin.. I've never heard of you.. are you one of them fake people?" The man replied, Rin confusedly slowly shook his head.

"Fake? What do you mean by that? Don't joke around!" Rin said clearly getting aggravated.

"I'd calm down if I were you. I have the gun, what I mean is are yo-" Before the man could continue Rin quickly grabbed the man's arm and twisted it, disarming the man and grabbed the gun, he then pointed it at the man.

"You chose the wrong sand man to mess with!" Rin shouted as he shot the man in the head, his body dropped without a second. Rin began to laugh loudly, outside a policeman had been watching Rin this entire time, recording.

"He's done it.. this is all the evidence I need.." The policeman said shocked, he could finally bring Rin to justice!

"I just need to arrest him in a place with a lot of people so he doesn't attempt to murder me.. I'll arrest him tomorrow." The cop said to himself, he knew what he needed to do.

Rin, still laughing, began to shoot every single Sea Snail in the house, and once he was finished he took his dead neighbor's sand collection and left back to his house. He was a bit shaken up but it was only self defence right?

'Wait a minute.. I did enter his house without permission. Oh no.. this is just like that time.. I need to stay calm. I'll pretend it never happened, I'm just going to sleep the day off.' Rin collapsed onto his bed and began to sleep, he had a rough day ahead of him.

The next morning Rin awoke and went to school after getting ready, he was walking to class, hung out with his friends, then soon enough it was time for lunch. Everyone just had entered the cafeteria when two policemen stormed the lunch room!

"RIN YOU ARE UNDER ARREST! YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT AND A LAWYER WILL BE PROVIDED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO GET ONE YOURSELF" The two men yelled out. The room was filled with screams as Rin got out from the table and put his hands up and slowly laid down on the floor.

He then noticed that the policemen both looked identical, to the point of being twins. It was extremely odd, it was like someone copied a person and there it was, but for some strange reason, nobody else seemed to care.

One of the cops ran up and tackled Rin even though he was on the floor, knocking Rin out.

A few of Rin's friends and Rin's teacher were yelling at the police "What did he do" and "Don't take him", to which the cops replied; "Just look on the news tomorrow.. you're in for a shock."

The police left the room while dragging Rin's body on the floor, his shirt ripped while they dragged him so the officer started dragging him by his hair. Soon enough he chucked his unconscious body into the back of the police car.

They treated every thing how they usually treat criminals, but they first needed to grocery shop, then play games, so of course they stopped to do that. Finally, after all that, they brought Rin in for an interrogation, they had complete evidence but wanted a confession.

Rin awoke in a white room wearing a straight jacket, unsure of where he was. There was a cop in front of him with only a table separating them, to the left of them was a tv screen which continually looped Rin shooting his neighbor. Rin was shocked and began to tear up, then began to laugh.

The cop was stunned and was lost for words then worked up the courage to ask "Why did you kill this man in cold blood? Tell us and your sentencing may be shorter.."

Rin looked him in the eyes and smiled, he had to choose his next few words very carefully, otherwise he would be stuck in prison for who knows how long.
