Ean vs Asai ( Part 2 )

" Ready when you are "

Ean said as he began to walk toward Asai, each one of his steps creating cracks on the ground

" I already am "

Asai replied, oppositely walking toward Ean, as the electricity that engulfed him burned the ground that it touched, and in the blink of an eye, they would both appear in the center of the arena, traces of their power trailing behind them, as the ground that was below it, was either broken apart or melted into magma.

With speed, greater than the eye could see they would class their swords against each other, creating an explosion of energy, a mix of red and blue.

" It's about to start "

Shu said, watching the fight with his eyes wide open, excited for what he was going to see next.

All of a sudden, the center of the ring cracked open, as a blue fiery trail flew around in the sky, clashing against another trail, this one being red with sparks of electricity emanating from it.

The ends of the trails would clash against each other, bouncing off of each attack before quickly recovering and attacking one another again, all throughout the arena, each clash causing a loud shockwave.

The crowd was screaming in excitement, as the intensity in which the trails clashed increased, beginning to break apart whatever they were close to

" W-what am I even watching? "

Alice questioned, as red and blue colors reflected off of her eyes, she was in awe, although she could not see them, she knew that those trails were Ean and Asai

" What kind of speed is this? What could you even consider this to be? "

Eran asked, his eyes barely following the trails as they sped throughout the entire ring, and soon after the air itself

" What else? "

Shu questioned, as he turned to look at Eran and Alice, Arthur doing the same, both of them holding two different expressions, but the same look in their eyes

" This is what you call a fight "

Shu and Arthur replied, simultaneously, as the others simply stared at them, their expressions told it all, they've never seen a fight like this up close. Sweat fell from their faces as they watched the fight, each clash making their clothes shake roughly, their hair flowing back as well.

Soon the speed at which the trails began to move increased, as the intensity in which they clashed increased. The trails began to duplicate as they began to bounce off of the ring, so much in fact that they almost reached the spectators, but luckily for them, there seemed to be an invisible barrier protecting them, and so, it began.

The ring was no more, well, it was still intact, but it was not visible to those with normal eyesight, as colors of blue and red took over the entire field, the trails entangled each other as they clashed, rapidly bouncing off of one another as they met, no one besides those who were experienced knew what was happening, but even so, they enjoyed it.

The crowd yelled, cheering, as the insane fight went on, no one questioned why these two were this strong, but they didn't seem to care where they came from, the fight, ripped everyone's attention away.

" That should be around 70 percent "

Shu said, laughing and chuckling at the sight of the fight he was seeing

" Come on Ean! Power up some more!!! "

He yelled, standing up from the ground, smiling from ear to ear as the fight went on, and although Ean did not hear him, he unconsciously did what Shu had requested of him.

And then, all of a sudden, the trails were gone, nothing but silence ruled over the fight, but for some odd reason, everyone that was watching, felt that they should have looked into the air, letting their desires rule them, they did just that, rolling their eyes up in the air, seeing Asai and Ean, glaring at each other intensively.

As soon as the audience caught a glimpse of the two, their eyes were blinded, as the colors blue and red once more ruled over the field, but this time, no trails were seen, instead, they saw, what seemed to be a gigantic red cloud of lighting and a huge blue flame, take a side of the arena.

In between it all, were Asai and Ean, they were both holding their weapons tightly, glaring at each other with their lips wide open but their teeth pressing against each other.

Then, the two of them would clash, their swords releasing sparks from the clash

" Ean should be releasing one hundred percent about now, I think "

Shu said to himself, watching the two clash, his blue eyes bypassing those colorful auras surrounding the arena

" Yep, seems about right "

Shu whispered, as Ean's scream was heard, a very loud and powerful one, nothing but a war cry, and suddenly the red lighting cloud and fiery blue aura would burst up, causing an explosion, which shattered the ring to bits.

After a few seconds, Ean and Asai found themselves on the field, standing tall with their swords in both their hands, as blood dripped from every on their body, it seemed like their upper clothes were utterly destroyed by the explosion, all that was left was nothing but scraps for pants.

The crowd was silent, as they watched the two glare at each other from afar, but that silence was soon torn to bits, as the two competitors dashed toward each other, and just like before, they moved so fast they turned into nothing but trails.

" More!! More!! "

Was what was heard throughout the entire arena as the crowd began to utter those words at the same time, moving their arms up and down as the expression of excitement ruled over their faces, the cheering got louder and louder as the trails intensified

" Hmm. It looks like changing the format of the tournament was a good choice, the audiences are enjoying themselves to the extreme it seems, understandably so of course, even I'm surprised at these turn of events "

The man who once the announced every participants' name, said, as he watched the fight from above the field, way, way above, far from the those clashing trails

" If the others are just like this then, I guess I might just recruit a few and make them my students "
