Chapter 34: In Which She Loses Her Senses

"It's always charming to see my beautiful bride to be, I am glad you could make it despite your injury, I was missing your beautiful face and as always, you look quite ravishing my dear" Jamerson said with a smirk on his face that annoyed Alexander to no end.

"It's g... good T ... to see you too" Isla spoke as a manner of greeting.

"Well come on in with my deal, I have a few friends who I'd like you to meet" Jamerson placed his hand on the small of Isla's back as he started guiding her inside those tinted doors.

Alexander started walking behind them as well when Isla looked over her shoulder at him, but he was stopped in his tracks by one of Jamerson's men which did not go well for him considering that Alexander shoved him away pretty hard causing him to fall and before the man could get up and fight him, Jamerson broke it off.
