Chapter One: Test Me

The smell of blood pricked her nose as she walked into the musty building. The moisture in the air and the hairs standing up on her arm. "Hello?" She shook as her once strong defiant posture now quavering once she reached the warehouse. A door was heard as she flinched before walking backward.

"No need to be so cautious." A sinister voice was before a spider crawled down from the roof. A girl appeared and her mouth turned into a smirk. "You're here for this right?" A box in the corner was taped shut with the words Spider Silk written on the front.

"I already paid you." The silver-headed girl whispers before walking over to get the box. Avoiding eye contact.

"But the payment wasn't enough, come closer I don't bite!" She exclaims while laughing humorously.

"Well if it isn't my lovely friend, Elise." A husky voice was heard from the upper right-hand window. All attention was directed towards the maiden with long black hair, the front part dyed a darker sky blue. Her lashers having luminescent blue following with her claw-like fingers. "I'll be taking the crate next to the fine young lady over there!" She yells out as she jumps from the window sill. Attacking with her Lashers, Tia dodged it and her eyes turned pink with a slight hue of white. Her nails growing long but not as long as the threat. A line of spikes shoots out, Tia dodged every single one. Sliding on the floor Tia made a circle with her pointer finger and thumbs. Channeling for a quick second she shot a white fur ball at the threat and escaped with the crate. Leaving the enemy blind for two seconds.

Huffing Tia opened the crate to see it full of rocks. "That! Bitch!" She yells out before wiping the sweat forming on her forehead. Pulling her top down she adjusted her fingerless white gloves, accessorized with two gold bracelets on one hand and the other having a thicker one.

"Tia! Are you okay! I heard a loud thud and then ran out and saw you andand!" Soraka speed talks before Tia settles her down.

"I'm okay, just that dumb spider lady ripped me off!" Tia huffs in anger before Soraka pulls another girl. Her blue hair in pigtails as she wore traditional clothing and held a beautiful instrument.

"I told you not to make deals with that spider lady, but this! This is Sona, she's new starting today!" The blue-haired girl waved shyly before Tia waved back.

"So why do you carry that around?" Tia pointed to the instrument as Sona jolts before her face lit up like sparklers.

"I'm a maven for strings!" She played a song that she called Aria of Perseverance. However, Tia felt sleepy and fell asleep.

"Sona?" Soraka asked as the girl giggled. Her giggle being very girlish although her voice is deeper than most females.

"A wrong note is just," Finding the words Sona snapped, "A happy little accident!" She clasped her hands and gave the cutest smile ever. Soraka laughed before dragging Tia.

"Let's get her to the dorms, and no matter what, you must never tell Sona!" Soraka warned as the bubbly girl nodded.
