"I see" He said as he took large strides to her making her self conscious as she still stood rooted in her place.

He soon reached her as he bent his face towards her,making his face now an inch from her,the movement from both ends could lead to unwanted happening.

She could feel his breath on her face as the faint vanilla smell of tobacco played around her nostrils as the sudden closeness brought the memories of their make-out session

played in her mind making her cheeks go scarlet.

It was no doubt she was affected by his closeness, his breath and his scent was enough for her to go off-head.

"Y..You, what are you doing" she couldn't help but say when she felt him drape his Hands around her waist.

"What do you think?" Alexander said as he bit her earlobe making her shudder

"Did he eat the wrong food?"

She couldn't help but think.

"You pervert! move away from me" she mustered courage as she tried to push him away,but that made the situation worst as her hand touched the wrong spot, her hand had grazed over his nipple.

"Pervert?You seem to like this and who would I act perverted to if not my soon to be wife"Alexander said.

Now she knew he had lost it.

"Go find a wife, I'm not your wife....Move away from me"

"That I forgot" He said as he rested his head on her shoulder before he whispered "You'll have to marry me" He said as his breathe stayed on her neck. Of course Alexander knew the effect he had for her.

"Move away from me" She threatened with difficulty, he wasn't making it easy for her

"I will...." She was about to push him away when President Yang moved away from her now 2cm away from her as he regained his composure.

His face went back to normal, he was no longer the shameful perverted Alexander Yang but now the domineering and arrogant one.

"Why me?" She couldn't help but ask. She would have called him are man for not taking advantage of her but he was no close to that he had once again proved to be a devil who would use any situation for his benefit.

But was marrying him not equivalent to a steady death

she would rather doe real quick than choosing a slow death from him.

"Mom I don't wish to die yet as I have a lot to do, I have to get married, have kids and grow old with my loved ones, but since my fate has been decided I would stick to it.Pls tell the almighty to fulfill my wishes in my next life if he can't do so now" She said more like a chant as she prepared for the possible outcome.

Of course,This did not go unheard by Alex as he chuckled inaudibly.

"I would rather die than marrying you" She said.

"I'll get going" she said but soon stopped when she heard Alex voice.

"Let the driver drop you" He couldn't risk anything not even her as he knew his business enemies was watching his movements. And he couldn't risk her life as the least he could do was to endanger her life.

"Why me?" he. remembered her words clearly but he skipped answering her,of course he had many reasons to pick her, one of which his enemies was now after her as they assumed they were in a relationship.He had to protect her and for that he has to keep her under his watch.Suddenly he remembered the name Luke called before he passed away."James Li..." He had asked Kyle to meet him today for him to know the extent of his investigation.

"I can go alone" Mia's voice rang in his ears as she avoid having contact with his eyes, which he had noticed.

She hopped in as the driver drove to her apartment, it seems Alex had sent him the address before her. But how did the driver recognize her?

She soon reached her apartment,she thanked the driver and bid him a farewell.

All through this, she was oblivious of the eye watching her.

"Boss,Young Miss reached safely"

"Mhm, keep in touch with me if there's something unusual"
