'HAZEL! Turn The Hell Around! He's Our Mate!' Mia howled in anger

' I'm sorry Mia but it's hard for me okay it's hard for me to move on. I'm scared he will hurt me and I'm not up for that what so ever at least I didn't reject him I just ran off for god sakes' I said making my hair stand

•UnKnown POV•

'Mate, that's our mate why did she run from us' Leo asked concerned for her

' I-I don't know but I want her back I'm not going to able to concentrate knowing that my mate is out there' I said Leo howling in approval.

' Alpha we got some visitors and your beta also has come' one of the look out said

'Tell them I will be there in 5 I still need to process something' I say

' Yes alpha'

After a few more minutes I groaned knowing it's going to be a hustle knowing she's out there. I walked out the room and down stairs seeing them drinking soda while chatting, when they noticed me.

" oh there he is the soon to be great Alpha Xavier where have you been buddy" says alpha Ross

" I found my mate but she ran once she saw me" I say firmly

" damn dude that's gotta hurt" says the other alpha named Jax

" never mind that okay, um what have you came here for?" I ask trying to avoid that topic right now

" OH ,yes can we talk some where else" he said lowering his voice

" yes,let's go inside to my office" I say

We head to my office and closed it behind us. I sat down as they did as well and looked suspiciously worried.

" yes?" I asked

" w-well you see remember that wolf that took down that alpha." Jax said

" yes I do" I responded

" well what was the fur color of your mate?" Ross asked

" black with parts of grey why?"

They stayed quiet and looked over at me with a worried look when it clicked.

" no way." I mumbled

" b-but that's not all!" Ross said, I tilted my head a bit and they came closer to me.

" okay so probably after a few days I think you're mate saved on of the pack member's daughter. We gave her food and she ran off" Jax explained

" So you are telling me this now?, my mate saved a girl from another hungry rouge and killed an alpha because they killed her child" I say loud and clear to make sure I'm hearing the last part right

" pretty much" Jax shrugs his shoulders

" wait so that wolf must be strong as hell and if she becomes Luna she will definitely make the pack stronger" said my beta Mason

Probably just came back from training the kids in a camp that is at least 2 miles away I think.

" you are not wrong there mason" I say thinking about it

" but she is a rogue she can easily kill anyone an turn her back on us" said alpha Ross

" true , true and it's unusual behavior for rouges and mostly female. They would usually just look at the child in disgust and probably kill it but, my mate didn't. She actually protected her so maybe something must have happen for her to do that" I say trying to defend her

" you are right Xavier but I mean she did kill an alpha-"

" BECAUSE..because someone killed her child" I growled clearly hearing the annoyance in my tone

" alpha Xavier, I understand why you are defending her but you never know what she could do...we have no knowledge of her what's so ever the only thing we know is that she could kill any of us in a split second." He said looking at me straight into my eyes telling me to be careful with that rouge. I rolled my eyes in surrender.

" at least let me try to figure her out be-" I was cut off this time by Jax

" she is in my territory just....wondering around and playing with some children and they...don't seem to fear her?" He said looking over to me

" WE GOTTA GO NOW" I say worried that they might try something on her, but he did give her access to his land.

•Hazel POV•

I still couldn't believe that I just ran from him I need him but I don't trust him.

' we need something to distract our selves' Mia said worried that I might go crazy

' with what Mia we are rouges it's not like we can ask an alpha for a help to put me at ease' I say annoyed

' dummy we can go to that alphas land remember' she said

' oh...right LETS GO PLAY' I say excited to play with kids I feel like I haven't in a while because of all of the deaths and fights that have been happening.

I ran and dodged many trees until I reached his land. Before I even entered I looked around and already saw some guards looking at me curiously. I tilted my head and wagged my tail letting them know I'm hear to play only.

I jumped into their territory and zoomed past them. I ran towards the noises of kids playing as I came closer I felt the panic of the guards but I didn't care.

' Hazel slow down will you, people will think you are trying to kill the poor kids' Mia said a little concerned

I rolled my eyes and stopped and scanned the area before I walked towards a kid that was making a snow man.

The little boy stopped and turned around fear then filled his eyes. I lowered my self a little and whimpered. He then noticed I was not gonna hurt him so he walked to me carefully and then hugged me I became soft, my body relaxed and fell to the snowy ground. I miss this feeling.

" excuse me Wolf can you play with me" the little boy asked me, he had brown hair down in his eyes that were green like mine.

I nodded in approval and he picked up snow and threw it at me. I growled then everyone gasped even the child but I then swiftly turned and threw snow at the boy with my tail.

He was giggling and everyone let lot a sigh of relief I tilted my head again but this time in confusion.

' why would they think I would hurt him he is so innocent' I said but Mia being Mia said

' maybe because we are rouges and this is unusual behavior for them' she said in a 'duh' tone.

Me and the boy and other kids that wanted to play are now playing with me in the snow; some tackled me to the ground not wanting me to throw snow at them anymore.

I playfully thrashed around hearing the kids laugh and the parents as well giggled a little. The more I played with them the less I forgot my problems when  I smelled those familiar scents of alphas and betas from at least 3 different packed coming my way.

The scents got stronger and a low growl erupted from my throat. I got up putting the kids behind me and starting to growl louder letting them know that I smell them.

" we are not here to hurt you" one of them said. I think he was the alpha of this pack so I backed down bowing my head.

" why are you here you mutt get away from the children" he said in a frantic but nervous tone

I growl not because of the kids because he called me a mutt and that word brings back memories that I don't like.

' Hazel calm down please we don't want to start a fight' Mia said afraid

' fine' I say a little annoyed.

"Mate" one of them said I looked for the voice but when I did I regretted it. It was my mate; his grey eyes looked into my bright green eyes. I froze over his gaze everything stopped it felt like it was only me and him.

I started to back away but his voice stopped me it was deep and husky enough for me to surrender to him.

" Please..please don't leave we want to talk to you, we want to know why you're acting like this. And why did you kill that alpha" he said concerned

I sighed knowing I wouldn't be able to get out of this. I looked over at the kids and they all came running towards me hugging me before they went to their mothers. I looked back at the alphas and nodded to let them know I'm gonna say something.

" give her some clothes guys will ya" the alpha of this pack said

' busted' Mia laughed

' shut up' I groaned
