Ruler Of Mathematics

Alternate Titles: Rational Villain In Another World After defeating the fallen strongest hero, Hugo Barnett retires from his villain work while suffering from depression due to killing the person he loved the most. "But it is the most rational thing to do..." Hugo mutters as he contemplates his past action, thinking whether he did a rational thing or not. Locking himself in a room, he resolves himself to erase his existence in his world to fulfill a promise he made before killing the fallen strongest hero. Dividing the distance by zero, Hugo has created a portal that will lead to a place with unknown probability. "Fulfilling a promise is the most rational thing to do." Hugo says as he enters the portal. Little did he know, the portal leads to another world where irrational wizards chant their spells (irrational since telling what your spell is equivalent to telling your opponent what you will do.) and monsters that can destroy the world invades the world. How can he survive in a world where danger is the norm while choosing the most rational decision?

Are You Human Or Not?

A month has passed by and Herald has concluded that I don't have any hostile intention. Herald and I are currently having tea and I decide to ask him questions about this world.

In summary, this world has a lot of resources so it is often invaded by beings from another world and this world's power system is magic. The mana in this world is so abundant that the top 1000 powerhouses in this world can easily defeat all of the humans from my previous world, well except for my little sister.

To be called a powerhouse in this world, a magic-user must be an Archmage. The magic ranking system of this world is too long since it has a lot of stages and it is rational for me to ignore the ranking below an Archmage since it will only make things more complicated.

The magic ranking system is Archmage, Sage, Great Sage, Divine Sage, Supreme Sage.  There aren't that many Great Sages in this world, let alone Divine Sages and Supreme Sages.

Divine Sages and Supreme Sages rarely make an appearance in the outside world and they only appear in the outside world if the world is facing a world-level threat.

There are ten known Great Sages in this world and Herald Seraphim is one of the ten Great Sages. Although, it doesn't mean that there are no other Great Sages other than the ten Great Sages since some of the powerhouses in Venus are living in seclusion.

"I have noticed that you have a lot of cells in your body compared to a human, Herald Seraphim. Are you a human or not?"

I ask Herald since it is rational to obtain more knowledge about this foreign world especially the living organisms of this world.

"I am not a human. My true form is a Pure Blood Dragon. I am also known as the Dragon Of Truth. My eyes of truth are due to me being a dragon. How about your eyes? You have serpentine-like eyes that I almost mistake you as a monster from another world."

Herald interrogates me as his eyes show a light glow, indicating that he is using his Eyes Of Truth.

I have received two legacies from another universe from my previous world. Those two legacies are what make me the strongest villain in my world.

The incomplete legacy of [Founder Of Science And Magic] is a book which I have used as a reference to learn Mathematics Manipulation.

The other legacy is the ocular legacy of Medusa. It is a pair of eyes of petrification and it is not the outdated version which only turns living beings into stone. It is the latest version according to Medusa since she mentioned in a scroll that she had already improved the eye of petrification and its petrification ability can be controlled easily.

The user of the eyes of petrification doesn't need to wear sunglasses or blindfold to stop it's the ability to petrify any living being to stone. Also, its petrification ability is not only limited to turning a living being into stone.

The eyes of petrification have a lot of potential uses since they can petrify anything.

"These eyes of mine are known as the eyes of petrification. It can turn any living into stone."

I answer the question of Herald.

What I said isn't a lie since I can turn any living being into stone. It is rational to hide most of my abilities from someone who I only met a month ago.

Even if I told him the true ability of my eyes of petrification, he wouldn't tell anyone since he is a trustworthy person. After all, he is the Dragon Of Truth.

One of my mathematical abilities is to perceive the probability of anything. So, I can imitate the eyes of truth ability of Herald by checking the probability of whether a person lies or not.

For example, I have checked the probability that Herald wouldn't tell anyone about my ocular skill unless he receives my permission to tell anyone about it. The probability of that occurring is 100%.

"It seems that you aren't lying. So, are you a human or not? Even if you aren't, I don't mind since there are a lot of races in this world that aren't human."

Herald asks another question.

"Of course not. Have you ever seen a human who is as strong as me? If you define human as a race filled with living beings who has infinite possibilities but possesses at least a flaw or two, then I am not a human."

"And if you define a God as someone perfect, then I can call myself as a God. I am God, who has 100 in his mathematics. I have perfected my very being and transcended my limits as a human. You can call me as a Transcended Human or Perfect Human if you don't want to call me as a God"

I answer the question of Herald, truthfully.
