Chapter 5: Crazy Day III

 'Don't touch them', Brandon warned and that sent a cold chill running down their spine, he was surprised to see that an ordinary guard commanded such an aura, he had to hide it, he didn't want to be belittled by an ordinary guard and the other guards weren't helping cause they also gave their opponents deadly stares, if staring at someone could kill then they'll die over and over again. Not wanting to waste time and give them the upper hand 'charge' Cronos commanded and with that, his guards started attacking, and the clash of swords could be heard. Lucius' guards weren't taken off guard and what Cronos didn't know was that they had the upper hand, 'it's eight against three' Brandon said while smiling wickedly at his team, they all had wicked smiles on their faces, 'it's gonna be fun' Lucas said, 'attack' Brandon commanded and with that, they also charged towards their enemies. It didn't take long for the guards to take out Cronos's guards, it was so easy, Cronos was surprised to see his guards taken out by just three of Lucius's guards. 'Now let them go will you?', Cronos didn't know what to say, what was he going to tell his brother Moros? How was he going to deliver the news, he couldn't die here and he couldn't die now, 'will you give us an answer' Lucas yelled at him and without any second thought, Cronos ran away, they couldn't let him off the hook. 'Take care of the majesties, I'll go after him' Brandon said and with that, he ran towards Cronos.

 'Your Majesties, I hope you guys weren't hurt?' Jadon asked the kids, 'No, we're fine, thank you for coming to save us', Cassandra, Orion, and Griffin said in unison. 'It's almost sundown, you guys will be in so much trouble if we don't get home on time' Jason said to the guards, Lucas let out a sigh 'We know but we can't leave without Brandon' he said to the young prince. ' We can, we will tell dad he went after Cronos' little Arthur said to the guards, 'hmm, I guess we can, I mean we will still be in trouble after we tell the king what happened but our priority is to get them home before sundown Jadon said to Lucas, 'I guess you're right' Lucas said with a sigh, 'come on kids, let's go' Lucas said to the kids and they all left.

_at the palace_ 

 'The kids aren't back yet, shouldn't we be worried?' Luna asked her husband, 'no, we shouldn't be worried as it isn't yet sundown besides if anything should happen, I have guards who are capable of handling it, and if they experience any difficulty they'll reach out to me' Lucius answered his wife calmly and she let out a sigh, as she was about to say something the kids walked in from the gate, 'mom, dad' they all ran to their parents with smiles on their faces, their mom was so relieved to have her children back. 'Where's Brandon?' Lucius asked, Jadon and Lucas stared at each other before answering the king, 'he went after Cronos' Lucas said
