Rosé pats them and says "Okay okay I got it now stop",They unwillingly let go and sat next to him.Noah walked in the room and spread a map on the table,Rosé looked around and saw that the Demi kingdom was at South west corner of the world ,in between The Rose Empire and The Demi kingdom came the Cosmos Kingdom,Oni dynasty and The Elvdevnet Kingdom,All of them were spreated by water mass.Rosé says "This is going to be difficult,We do have water bridges that connect The Rosé Empire to the cosmos,Oni and Elvdevnet Kingdom because the water mass between them was not that great and the bridge was easy to build but to connect to Demi kingdom we will need to build the bridge from Oni Dynasty.Lucifer asks "Why do we need to build a bridge ,Madam Rosalía has already built a teleportation circle that connects to the Demi kingdom,Plus there are tamed sea beasts ,Pegasus and flying beasts too",Rosé replies "That is true but since the a lot of resource are used for long distance teleportation ,Normally people would not be able afford using teleportation circles,As for the beast the same problem arises,Normal people would not be able to tame or afford a beast ,Making trade,Communication,The smooth flow of funds ,really difficult and even if we build the bridge from Oni dynasty,We will need to find a cheaper,faster and more convenient method of transportation for the masses as the distance between the too great,Plus I need to have a proper discussion with Queen Hanna"Diablo and Lucifer had a worried look on thier faces ,He speaks "It's Okay I already have an idea on how to solve the issue of communication ,I will need some time to come up with a better transportation system.Rosé then asks "Diablo how to you'll usually travel?",He replied "We use the teleportation circle,The people who can't afford it usually rent Tamed beast form a escort company",He ponders What is the population of the Demi Kingdom "Hmm the total population would be around 10 million I believe",he says "That's quite low",Diablo replies "A lot of the people for the kingdom migrated because of the issues you just pointed out and because of our fathers,Also The economic status of the kingdom is real severe ,Queen Heather ,Paimon and Lilith tried thier best to discover a solution to this problem and had proposed to have a bridge built to the neighbouring kingdoms but sadly because of or fathers who kept sabotaging the construction because they wanted monopoly and if a bridge was to be built their beast renting business would lose its worth ,They threatened to go to war against the other kingdoms and slaughter anyone who took on the contract of buildng the bridge,So it was never possible".

Diablo and Lucifer looked extremely saddened and angry,Diablo continues "Because of our parents a lot of people have suffered..",Rosé stops him and says "It's okay,Let's talk about this later ,when the others come back".

Rosé takes out a box of cigarette from his inventory ,He lights two of them gives it to the two,They were not sure what it was but had seen him smoking something similar when they entered and were curious,They took the cigarette and took a puff,they both coughed while making a wierd face ,Rosé giggled at thier reaction laughed ,He then said "once you get use to the smoke ,you will realise it's effects",They nod and continue smoking .

They then spent some time talking ,After Rosé showed them around the Castle .

After spending a few hours with them Rosé heads back to his office,In the room ,He looks at Noah and asks "How is the progress of the Research lab ?",He replies "Your Majesty,The construction has been going on at full throttle,It should be prepared in a few day",He replies "Ahh good ,There is a lot that needs to be done and I need a place where I can research and find a solution to the problem that have arisen",Noah nods and says "Your Majesty please do not push your self too much",He smiles and say "I won't,Thank you for being concerned ".
