Rosé continued reading through the document that Noah brought him ,They were related to the Demi-Kimgdom,While reading through he found out that,Even though they had no trading routes established,They were self sufficient ,sure the economy and population of the kingdom was declining but they were not in a critical condition and the people were living pretty stable lives, After the death off the three tyrants the situation had changed for the better,A lot of people had frequently started visiting the place and some even migrated there,The fees for renting tamed beasts had been decreased drastically making trade and transportation a lot easier and frequent .A lot of merchants had also started visiting and establishing a branch in the kingdom to trade as The Demi kingdom was famous for thier rare high quality gemstones that they mined in large quantities and the rare crop "Drakes Heart" which was the main ingredient used for Mana recovery potion and many beauty products which were very popular,The Drakes heart was a rare crop which could only be grown on the soil of that continent.

Reading through all the documents Rosé realised just how much power a ruler has and how every action of the ruler affects his vassals and peoples lives for the better or worse .He let out a sigh and thought "It's though ruling,I wonder how mom managed all this?,Hooo?let's not get distracted and focus on reading through the other documents".

After He was done reading all the documents,Rosé looked at eggs that were on the tea table ,He thought "Hmm they seem to have recovered,I hope they hatch soon I can't wait to see them ".After dealing with everything he went and lay on the couch with the pups on his stomach,Mazie and Rosanna came into the room,He spent the rest of the day sitting and talking with them.

At night ,Rosalia and the others had gathered in his office,They were sitting and having tea ,Rosé had gone over the details of the plan with the leaders of the kingdom and Hanna ,They agreed to everything with out even thinking about it for a second,He let out a sigh and said Noah make the arrangement for the new Bridge to be built from the Oni dynasty to The Demi kingdom and bring me the Blueprint of the bridge,He bows and says "Yes your majesty".

After he was done with pressing issues,Rosé gose back to his desk to deals with all the documents related and check on the blue prints of the bridge,Rosalia spoke "Baby I have something to say ,He nods and says "I'm listening go ahead",She says "Hmmm the thing is Hanna and sophia here also want to become a vassal kingdom under the banner of the Rose Empire",He stops all his work and looks up to see Hanna and Sophia blushing and says "Don't tell me it's the same reason as before?",She giggles and says "Exactly",He lets out a defeated sigh and says "Alright I accept,The Five leaders of the Demi Kingdom ,Hanna and Sophia then knelt infront of him and performed the Oath of Allegiance.

A bright Arcane Runic inscription appeared on thier Forehead and disappeared soon after ,Rosé thought "Omni what was that ?",She replied "Master that is the seal of Allegiance",he asks "This the first time I'm seeing it ,Did you just design the ability ?",She replies "yes master [The Blessing of Allegiance ]:Those that perform the oath of allegiance will receive a blessing which will enable them to break through their natural limitations and progress further at a unbelievable pace.They receive a dramatic increase in all their abilities and potential,The blessing is stronger on the people that are closer to Rosé.The blessing also acts like a [Seal] which prevents then from breaking the oath and if broken will cause the Person who broke it to Be erased from existence.",Seeing the details of the new ability Rosé understood why omni created such a ability,It was because of his fear of being betrayed from his past life.He smiles and says "Thank you Omni".

Rosé then looks at them and asks "How are we going to break the news of this to the people?",Rosalía smiles and says "They have already informed thier vassal's about this so there won't be a problem there ,As for the people we can just print the details in the news paper",He nods and say "Hmm let's do that then ,Anyways what time you'll are leaving tomorrow?",They say "by 10 in the morning",He nods "Ahh okay I'll have the arrangement done then."They smile and say"Thank you Baby",The ladies then leave the room ,Lucifer and Diablo stay back and help him out with all the documents regarding the construction of the bridge and calculating the budget.

After he was done ,He then tells June to prepare the things for the raid ,Rosé sat on his chair and smoked a cigarette while he went through the blue print of the Bridge,The problem he found with it was that the bridge was to narrow and would hinder his future plans,So he had made the bridge ten time broader ,It could now fit at least 20 royal carriages horizontally,He made the structure stronger and sturdier and added the inclusion of Runic barriers inscriptions along the Bridge ,He added walk ways at the sides of the road,He also added multiple defensive towers which would be armed with magic cannons and guard at either sides of the bridge for safety purposes be it form beast or criminals.After he was done he handed the blueprints to Noah who was absolutely amazed after checking them and was unable to say a single word ,Rosé then spoke "I want all the bridges to be constructed like this ,So we will have to reconstruct all the bridges",Noah say "Yes You majesty ,If you don't mind me asking,Why do you want to broaden the bridge so much ?",Rosé smiles and say "You'll understand in a few months,I plan on creating something unbelievable ",Noah smiles and nod .
