Arcane phone
He sat back on his chair and looked at the books on the table ,He thought of having the books float in the air,as if hearing him energy gathered around the books making them float in the air ,He was able to move them around with his thoughts.
He put the books back and thought "Hmm enough playing around ,I still have things to do".He stood up and made his way to the laboratory ,He then dug up all the information on about a smart phone,After receiving the information he started designing.
Even though he had all the information regarding the phone,He still needed to figure out how to make it without any electronic technology,He used the same technology as the Arcane radio for communication with the only difference being that anyone can contact anyone as long as permission was given (Eg If Rosé wanted to contact Alisha ,he would give the give the command "Rio contact Alisha Luke",If she accepts then a connection will be formed , else Rio will give promt "Connection denied",There safety measures in place which prevent spamming .)Another feature added was the feature of sending messages.
He used a Arcane Mana core which were engraved with Runic inscription and Illustration magic to from a hologram which displayed all the apps and features of the Arcane phone ,After he designed a new system[Mavrick]which was attached to his soul,Every phone would be connected to Mavrick ,The job of Mavrick was to design new app , functions and websites for the Arcane phone while also helping the people make thier own while also collecting all kinds of information.The Arcane mana core in the phones would run out every 2 months and would need to be changed as such.
After he was done with all the details he created 12 Arcane Phones ,all of the phones had a unique and different design,He packed them up and stored them in his inventory,After that he set up the arcane Phone factory in his inner world so that he could mass produce them .
Rosé returned to the lab and sat on the chair ,When he heard a voice "Thank you Master for creating me",he was confused and asked "Mavrick ?,is that you ?",he replied "Yes Master",Rosé smiles and says "Aahhhh ,I'm glad to have created you,I'm counting on you to run the Arcane phones ".He replied "Yes Master I will handle them flawlessly".
After he was done with everything he teleported back to his office,Feeling his presence Noah ,Mia And June entere the room,June prepares tea for him to have,while he had his tea Mia reports about he earnings of his shop "Your Majesty the total income of the shop Last Month Was 12 million Platinum coins",He nods and say "hmmm nice ,Have a new floor built in the shop I am going to be selling a new item soon",Mia nods and replies "Yes Your Majesty".
While he was talk ,He felt the energy fluctuations of the shadow knights and spoke "June it seems like the Shadow knights have returned,Have them gathered in the Throne room",June smiles and says "Yes your Majesty",He then looked at Noah and Mia and said "I'll be counting on you'll to get them familiar with the Arcane radio",They Bow and say "Leave it to us Your majesty".He stands up and walks towards the door,Mia puts on his cape and they then head toward the throne room.
He sat on his throne and looked at the 200 shadow knights kneeling ,At front were the three Grand Marshals 'Denies,Axel and Raven' all three of them had just achieved Rank SSS and had 10 circles made and were close to forming thier 11 ,They wore pitch black Body armours with thier red eyes glowing through them,All the knights in this unit were Rank S and above ,It was the most elite knight order trained by June,The marshals then reported "Your majesty we have dealt with The Dark guild ,Their numbers exceed our expectations hence it took longer to clear them out ,The Guild had over 50 thousand members,The casualties on our side are zero",He smiles and say "you'll did a wonderful job ,Thank you for your hard work",They all were embarrassed at receiving such high praise form him,He looked at June and asked "June what should we award them with ?",She thought about it and said "Your majesty how about a vacation and Some money?",He thought and spoke "Isn't that too little?,What do you think Noah ?",He spoke "Hmmm Your majesty how about we let them have custom weapons made along with what June suggested",He nods and says "Yes that's a good idea,Let's go with that ,You'll shall receive 100 Platinum coins each ,A Month's vacation along with a free pass to have a custom weapon made by the Royal black smith",The shadow Knights speak "We thank the Emperor for Bestowing such magnificent Rewards upon us",He smiles and says "I'm glad you'll liked it ,Anyways Noah I'll leave the rest to you ,You can collect the Arcane Radios from the Vault",He bows and say "Yes your Majesty".
Rosé then leaves the throne room with Mia and June following him while Noah stayed back .while walks Rosé said "June have the bath ready for me and have some snacks made I'm starving",She chuckles and says "Yes Your majesty".After freshening up he enjoyed his snacks and then went to the garden to play with his pets .He lay under a tree and smoked a cigarette while he watching them run around using magic Trying to catch Max who robbed thier treats .
Rosalía joined him and sat under the tree with him ,She pat her lap signaling him to rest his head on her lap ,They sat and watched them play while talking ,he told her about the events that unfolded today ,While she listened and massaged his head .
