Zombies do exist, only they are very different from those in movies, video games, or apocalyptic novels. Zombies in this world are creatures that cannot be killed unless you cut off every member of their body. Even if you cut off his head, he can still move after a few minutes in which he was unconscious after that blow that made him jump his head. the only way you can kill a zombie-like that is to cut every member of the body, but if you do that, you will notice that that zombie can still move, only the cut limbs, the chest will not be able to move, so it will be possible capturing it if you cut any part of the body. There is another type of zombie in this world, and that type is the normal one that infects people by bite, and that one, like the previous example, cannot be killed so easily, but only by cutting the limbs. The difference between the first species and the second is that the first does not infect humans, but rather is sent by a certain organization to kill. And second, he is sent to create chaos, which was to happen even during the Christmas holidays, but fortunately, we managed to bring him down before infecting other people and keep him locked in cell 3C in blocks 1C-14D which is the same size as the cell I visited some time ago.
I leave the gym after a few moments dressed in normal clothes and wearing a bulletproof vest over a women's blouse, just in case. I go to the living room, there is Alexandra, who puts on her neck one of her created potions that helps her penetrate the light and help me hunt that zombie. Alexandra takes a shotgun, a few bullets from a closet loaded with weapons, inserts that weapon in her backpack together with the ammo, then she takes from that locker another weapon, but this time a Japanese sword called katana which is best known in video games, Japanese animated series, magazines Japanese comics, or anything else that contains Japanese elements. Alexandra passes me that sports backpack and tells me to take it to the van behind the buildings. The truck that transported those slime guys from my high school and threw them in the cell.
I'm leaving with my backpack loaded with a shotgun, bullets, first aid kit, potions, and bullets for that shotgun, but I don't understand why we need a shotgun if we both have superpowers. I get behind the buildings, open the door, get out of the building, and head to the van of our hunting team, which is located in a parking lot next to a green Ford on the right. I reach the door of the truck, open it to make sure it's not locked, and it's not. I get in the truck in the front seat next to the driver, I leave the backpack in that seat out of seven where drivers who have long journeys use it as a bed.
I turn on the car radio because I don't have the internet on my phone, and my phone barely has a five per cent battery life. It's time to buy a new phone charger. The first radio station I listen to says that a group of thieves tried to assassinate some football players, but they failed due to a caster from them. All those thugs have been imprisoned, which is astonishing because this country if it is to imprison thieves for such actions, could risk starting a civil war. I change the radio station and get to Kiss FM, but here I don't play music but just an annoying commercial. I change the radio station again and I get to ROCK FM, and at this radio station, you can hear a rock song that is sung by the famous band, Queen. I leave the radio on this station and look for Alexandra, who immediately comes dressed in hunting clothes, but also wearing a hat and a pair of sunglasses. Alexandra enters the driver's seat, she removes the key from her pants from her left pocket, inserts it in the right place to be able to start the car, then turns it until the car starts. Alexandra drives the truck from the area where she parked it, turns it to the right, and goes straight ahead to the area where that zombie had been signalled to walk.
"Why are wearing those clothes?" I ask Alexandra.
"It is a disguise. I do not want to attract much attention to our mission," says Alexandra which makes concern.
"Why though?"
"Well... Let's just say that some monsters are starting to recognize the members of the hunters that are hunting them... The latest monsters we have caught told us that they were sent here at the Earth, and whoever sent them here tell them to be careful at some hunters... Hell, even the one who sends them knows our names."
"How though? It could be magic?"
"It could be magic, science, or a spy among us, hell, I have no freacking idea how they knew about the hunter organizations in the first place. Before, monsters from other worlds, universes, or dimensions had no idea that there was an organization of hunters who would catch them, arrest them, and send them back to their world, in the happiest cases. The clown we caught will remain in his cell until he will die. If he can die."
"What do you mean by "If he can die"? Don't tell me he's immortal."
"No he isn't immortal, but he cannot die by ageing like most of the creatures and humans. So the only way to kill him is to scare him until he will have a heart attack."
"Why we didn't do that earlier with him?"
"The process to kill that clown is a complex one because he can be killed by one of his kind. We tried to kill him in at least one thousand seventy-nine methods but none of them worked. So surely, if we look for a clown of the same species, we could get rid of him."
"Are you sure this plan could work? And how we could get another psycho and immune in dying clown?"
"Don't worry, if anything will fail, it will be my blame, not yours."
Alexandra continues driving without saying a word until we get close to the destination, which was not so far from the city, only a few tens of kilometres, and a large forest that wasn't yet cut by some wood dealers.
"What's the plan after we arrive there?" I ask Alexandra while she continued to drive to that place.
"I will try to attack from the distance, while you will have to bait him."
"Why me?"
"Because you cannot attack from the distance, and you cannot use a shotgun."
"What's so special in that shotgun?"
"This one posses a portal which will instantly deliver him to the deads world, the dimension was this bastard belongs."
"Alright, so how can I bait him?"
"Use the innocence-of-teenage-girl-who-got-lost-in-the-area technique."
"Alright..." I say to Alexandra and agree with this one because it ain't the first time when I used this move to gain a monster or two.
After five minutes, we arrive at the place, and there we saw nothing, just a big forest without any source of light, filled with trees and a few paths that are barely visible. Before we were about to go, Alexandra told me to use my werewolf smelling ability to detect where is that zombie, and so I did. I used my ability one time and I got nothing, I used again, the same result, and I used the third time... the same result. Alexandra looked surprised at me and says.
"What does that zombie used to camouflaged his smell?"
"Whatever he used," I say looking at the front of that forest. "He is good for a zombie."
Alexandra and I take action, walk in front of her, and she stays in dark places and waits for that zombie to appear and be brought by me. The plan to catch that dead man is to pretend I'm lost and look scared. If the zombie bites your trap, then I will try to run away when I come across him, until I get close to Alexandra, where she used your shotgun to send that zombie into her world. A pretty good plan that will work.
I enter this forest, walk a few steps through a path and pretend to be scared and lost as best I can, given that I am not a talented actress, but I am not at all good because I managed to hide them from my parents, family, friends, and neighbours for a whole year that they are half-man-half-werewolf. While I was walking into the forest, I could smell with my werewolf smell a dead smell, specific to a dead body, which means the smell comes from a zombie. I follow that smell of a decomposed, cold, corpse. The road to our target is at least a hundred and fifty meters away, so it's not that far. I walk to the source of the smell in slow steps and tremble as if I were afraid.
I approach that target, but just before I take another step, I hear a cry of pain and then some bones begin to crack. I have no idea what happened, but it's certainly not a really good situation. I throw myself into some coughs, I drag them between them, until I reach the other side, there I find zombies, only his corpse that would come back to life in a few moments, and next to that corpse is a man who is In the thirties, he holds an axe in his hand and looks at that monster in fright. The man takes a closer look at that corpse, which is a really bad move because I notice how the zombie's hand starts to move.
"Watch out!" I yelled to that man coming out from the bushes.
"Huh?" says the man being surprised and reacts too late to that unexpected zombie attack.
The zombie grabbed him by the right leg, this man was very scared, he screamed and tries to give the zombies one last axe blow, but he misses his arm that caught him by the leg. The zombie bites the innocent man's leg, and he begins to scream in pain and fall to the ground. I quickly approach that zombie, push him away from that corpse, quickly turn my left hand into a werewolf's arm, and slap him over the dead man's face.
My werewolf's hand struck the dead man's face so hard that he flew his head off his shoulders, causing the dead man to fall to the ground for a few moments until he could move again, but without his head, he could not. He can still attack with hands, but rather to walk around agitated like a chicken whose head had been cut off. Before that zombie returned, I glanced at the man who had been bitten by the zombies, he looked at me scared, but still scared at my werewolf's hand that returned to normal. I take that man in my arms and go with him to Alexandra as fast as I can, maybe he has a potion in that backpack that stops the zombie bite virus.
