When morning arrived, Alaenor found herself awake once the rays of the sun shone upon her still face. Groaning, she sat upright in the bed, letting out a yawn afterwards. She rubbed her eyes as she gazed around the room and spotted Cordelia already awake and moving around. With a quick nod in acknowledgement, Alaenor got off of the bed and quickly dressed for the day. Once done, she packed all of her things up when Cordelia felt uneasy, glancing at the brunette for a moment, "Quickly, we need to move."
"What's wrong?" Alaenor queried, looking puzzled.
"It's not the right time to talk about it, but something bad is happening." Her tone was laced with nervousness and dread, but she showed no sign of showing it. Instead, she continued to speak in a hushed voice, "I can't explain it very well either but I trust my instincts and something tells me that we shouldn't delay things now."
