The ship swayed side to side rocking the crewmen to sleep except for the 3 others. The motion of the mallet stopped and the head of the creature that was holding it slowly turned as if its eyes beamed locked on to the already retreating morgan. "Staap, Shithead" The words echoed out and morgan froze in place.
"You hungry huh, Come in here" The butcher softly shouted and pointed his mallet at Morgan's back. The youth chose to obey and slowly turn step by step each time the boat creaked with its feet. The butcher's eyes land on the now shrinking youth and an ugly expiration graced his face. "Let me guess a fucking stowaway" He spoke down to the kid and morgan responded with a nod and didn't look up.
"Go sit at that table and don't touch a fucking thing," He said and morgan moved swiftly. The butcher turned his head, grabbed a bowl, poured a share of soup moved, and placed It on the table. Morgan looked up and what he was greeted by was danger. The man standing in front of him was cascaded in muscle and blood, His apron was drenched in it. The butcher raised an eyebrow at the staring youth and spoke.
"Not gonna fucking eat," He said and was about to grab the bowl he had just placed. Morgan twitch and grab the bowl out of complete fear and lift it to his head, The heat from the soup burned his tongue and he hurriedly put the bowl down. "Haha, I was going to tell you it was hot"The butcher spoke and turned and head back to the table. "How did ya know," morgan asked while he swirled the soup around in the bowl.
"You in no position to be asking questions here, but seeing as you made me laugh I'll let you in on something," He said while turning his head to look at morgan. Morgan's head lifted and looked up at the butcher and there he says the full face of the man he's been talking to. The butcher had a thick white beard and wrinkles flowing down his face. He had a deep scar over his left eye while the eye itself was pure white and his right eye, on the other hand, was alive it had a slit in it and a dark blue mixture stared back at him. The butcher opened his mouth to speak and morgan could see that he was missing a few of his teeth.
"This is a Black market ship and the only time kids are on this ship is when there being sold," he said a smile crept to his face as he turns and went back to hammering the slab of meat on his butcher's table. At hearing those words morgan internally sank and stared at the bowl in front of him. "Eat up and don't waste a fucking drop." The towering mass of muscle spoke and hammered down at the meat.

"Listen to me and listen to me good" A hollow voice flowed out of a crystal ball and into the ear of the man third man who was awake on the ship sitting in the captain's chair. "Dagatha Runes are one of a kind and are incredibly hard to find, if I was not occupied by the king's wars I would be there taking care of this myself, so if you do not deliver that rune to me in the appointed time, I'll wipe your ship from the face of this word." The voice crept out and then slowly fade with the light of the crystal ball.
The captain sat there staring at the crystal ball for quite some time. his eyes lowered and his mind swirled, something was just too off about this job this time. He lowered his head and gently shook it, a moment passed, and his eyes slowly opened and landed on a thin slab of rock and deep carvings that emitted a soft glow, the rock laid on a map of the know continents.
There are 5 know continents and each is ruled by illustrious emperors and officials. The land is filled with degenerates and beasts, but even they have to make a living with the constant threat of death whenever they left a country belonging to a Continent. Traveling by sea was one of the closest things to safety while traveling outside but it in itself held its own dangers. The Lantic Dynasty was Adjacent to The Naidni Empire by sea, and the Kings of each continent had a deep hatred for each other.
On the other hand, you had the Antar Government and The Citcra Sovereignty each connected by a short body of land and valleys, both Continents are ruled by a governing body of people but their Royals are more so generals that royalty only thing keeping them in power is their cultivation level. The Pacaraw Regime lay west of The Lantic Dynasty and they held a Brother and Sister relationship with each other leaving the Naidni Empire the odd man out while being connected to the Citcra Sovereignty to the south of their borders by land.
Sailing around the continents was always a risk but the rate of death was much lower than on land and through the laying waterways, The captain stared at the map and the thick glowing rock placed on the Continent of The Naidni Empire and a deep sigh escaped his lips. "The Naidni's were friendly people," He thought to himself as he picked up the rock and slide it back into his desk. He turned his head blew out the candle and nodded off into his chair.

"So kid" The butcher turned his head and looked over at Morgan and the other slightly shook and looked up at the menacing figure. "Are you the only one?" the butcher asked with a cocked eyebrow and Morgan shook his head and responded, "It's just me have no one else butch.." He said while trailing off at the end of his sentence.
The butcher turns and looked down at him and a smile crept to his face" Well your in luck you little fucker, I'm not a Butcher, The names is Chef Ramsay don't forget it" he said and pointed his mallet at the face of morgan. Morgan stared at him slightly bewildered the soup had cooled and he had already emptied the bowl. Ramsay pointed at a cot in the corner of the room and spoke in a low tone. "That's where the last Cabin Boy slept and it will be your home from now on, Get comfortable your work starts tomorrow." Ramsay's smile and a slight chuckle echoed out as he turned back to his table and began slamming the mallet down once again.
