Aria was sitting in her living room, sprawled on the couch, sipping energy drink and chewing on some sandwich. It was already hellishly late, but she didn't mind. Sleep was for the weak, as she was used to say, also, she had not been sleeping well for the past few years, so it wasn't something new for her. The dark shadows under her eyes had become her stylization and an accessory for her outfit of the day, since she had not used any sort of make-up shit.

She threw another pile of papers to the floor, huffing with disgust.

"Where the fuck are those shits?" she asked out loud, even though nothing but the silence and darkness were the ones to reply. And, of course, nothing did.

She huffed, standing up and stretching, then she headed to the room nearby to skim over another box. She knelt next to it and then started browsing. Dim light coming from the flashlight she was holding between her jaws was not much, but enough for her to see enough. Yes, she was in her house, yes, she could have lit the light, but she was too lazy to do so. Also, knowing how nosy her neighbors were, she would not want to risk questions the next day why the fuck there was a light lit in her house for the whole night.

As if it was disturbing someone's sleep.

She rolled her eyes, dismissing the thoughts and frowned, trying to actually find anything about Hellblades. She remembered they were from the province of Saskatchewan. It was kind of far from where they were from, since Richmond was in British Columbia. That didn't add up whatsoever.

"Hellblades, Hellblades..." she mumbled, almost spitting around, since she had the flashlight in her mouth, trying to find any scrap of information that she could have had. She sat on the floor and opened another box.

There was absolutely nothing. And she could have sworn there was something about it.

Let's maybe not get into the fact why the hell was she having in her house police papers. Let's leave aside also the fact that she was almost sure it wasn't even legal.

She heard steps and she spat the flashlight into her hand. Then she slid under the wall, catching one of the tonfas she had in the room, clenching her fingers on its handle. The steps were slow and careful, but at the same time they were pretty loud for Aria herself. And they weren't matching to anyone she knew.

She inhaled deeply but quietly, and then she stealthily sneaked to the door of the room, switching off the flashlight. Clenching her teeth, she slid out of the room, knowing that she would have to fight.
