Bodies lie on the ground, all skin and bones like their blood had been drained.

"Explain to me what this is?" ~ Gu Yue Bo had seen many disturbing things in his life, but this was the worst! Even now it is taking everything he has, to not hurl.

All the bodies were cut up so that they can bend and contort into the shapes of different mandarin characters, their faces all having the same expression of horror.

001 isn't Chinese, as a matter of fact, if you look at his face, you would most definitely say he looked somewhat British. But his past is full of many odd circumstances and as such he has learned English, Spanish, German, Arabic, and yes Mandarin too.

The Mandarin on the ground shows (???) which roughly translates to 'vampire'.

"Suck Blood Ghost?" ~ Gu Yue Yao Ji had never heard of this person before.

"Does anyone know who did this?" ~ Gu Yue Bo looks around, but after seeing that no one has a clue his expression quickly becomes dark ~ "Well!? No One!?"

"Perhaps it's the blood path cultivator that Bai Ning Bing was sent to deal with." ~ Mo Chen is crouched next to Gu Yue Bo, carefully studying the corpses.

"That's impossible! They would have to at least be a rank-3 Gu master to pull this off!" ~ Chi Lian stands to the side fanning with one hand, while also holding a damp cloth to his face to reduce the smell.

"Explain." ~ Gu Yue Bo activates all the investigation-type Gu he has on him to try and find the direction of the killer.

"Well you see, if he was rank-1 he would have most definitely failed to kill Gu Yue Dou, and if He was rank-2 then Gu Yue Dou would have most definitely sent a Message Gu to ask for help. But the message office didn't receive anything from him, even if the killer was a highly skilled assassin, he would at least need a rank-3 Gu in order to instantly kill Gu Yue Dou. After all, Dou had a special Gu called Roaming Zombie Gu, which does require activation, but there's no way he wouldn't activate it unless he died instantly."

Gu Yue Bo nods, "Alright then, Mo Chen, Chi Lian, and Chi Zhong will deal with this." ~ It's not that Gu Yue Bo doesn't want to chase after the killer, but if he goes. That would leave the Gu Yue clan unprotected.

Mo Chen doesn't like having to work with Chi Lian, but considering an entire village is wiped out and most importantly a member of the clan, He is willing to temporarily put aside past problems. And visa versa.
