Revenge of the Fallen (en)

After humanity almost destroyed its own planet, Earth, people decided that it may be better to let her recover and move somewhere else. Scientists had already found new planets where living could be possible so they flew there. They've built first cities as they settled down there and limited living only to the cities so the new planets wouldn't get destroyed as the old one. Rayne lost her family, not knowing why, although she probably deep down suspected that something bad had happened as her grandmother really never told her about their family. One day, her brother found her and together they are trying to find the people because of whom they didn't know each other until now and didn't have family.

Crazy teenagers

I felt much better on way way back. That stupid Jesper stressed me quite well... worse than school. Lesson learned for next time - never bet with him even when I would be sure that I would win. Never again. Well, I could get back at him later... now was the good time.

As I walked back to the lift I realized how there were not that many aisles. Well, there weren´t that many building either... just kind of bigger. I have never realized how big they were and how nice they could look inside. Well, nice but too white. People must have felt uncomfortable... like dead.

I moved my eyes from windows next to me to the road on the other side as few hovercars went by. The traffic wasn´t busy either up here. People probably didn´t have time to just go around anywhere.

Just as I was just a few tons of meters far from my target, two figures apeared in my field of vision. Running. I couldn´t even panic or anything because they were pretty fast almost in front of me. What kind of got me nervous was that they didn´t almost look on their way but back. One think was that we could crash but the worse option... keepers of the peace. I just from safe way home got into not so safe situation. Life really didn´t like me.

One minute you´re looking around for something... somewhere to escape and the other one someone bumps into you. Just when my eyes found a nice building that looked like it could hide me those two went too close.

Before I realized it one or the other bumped into me with a shoulder and at that moment they realized that they probably should look where they go. Or no. Both of them just looked at me like what got into their way and than again paid attention to someone behind them. And I looked there, too. However, I couldn´t see anyone. At least not yet.

"Hey," I started while thinking if I should tell them to watch their way or maybe just shut up and go my own way before they realize that maybe I´m not from here. But solution came on its own. They were indeed running from those masked fuckers. "Shit."

"Yeah, shit. Run!"

Instead of words of apologies were these the ones I got. This time I didn´t even get any time to say anything. The two just pushed me to the aisle I went by just a seconds ago and then we ran.

Good thing was that I was kind of fast, I would say. But the worse one was the reality of high possibility of the Keepers of the peace seeing us turning this corner. Such a bad day to be alive.

I checked a few times if there was anyone following us and thankfully I couldn´t see anyone anymore. Maybe thanks to people building cities like labyrints. However, I couldn´t even trust that they really didn´t see us or have drons or anything. This part was safest out of this city, after all.

One more corner and open space was in front of my eyes. I didn´t even know it that was good or bad thing. More people who could see an ousider like me... but more distraction for the morons who... actually weren´t after me. Or could they realized that three people have run away?

"You shouldn´t wear a hood here. That´s too... outstanding," I heard next to me and in the next second one of them took my hood off my head. How... impudent.

Giving a not so happy face to these two... fucking teenagers, I ran my head through my hair to get it better after wearing hood for... a long time today. Well, another reason was because I just realized that the only best way to get away from here was kind of far behind me.

"They´re gone, I think," said one of them looking into the aisle from where we just came. I nodded even though I couldn´t be sure that he talked to me also and looked around to see another way for me to escape. Of course there were lifts to get down where I needed to go in shops around but... as I looked around... a lots of security guards also was there.

"Dude, what are you doing here anyway?"

"Not your business, my friend," I said as I looked at the other person who just talked to me. Hoping to never see them again, I walked into the aisle doing like I just didn´t run from the way I was heading to.

I must say, that I got kind of lucky on that not so great day because as I got out of side alley, there was no one. Well, no one who looked like they were after some citizens or anything. Th air was clean.

I got in the lift and pressed the fancy button for getting back down. Then I could breathe freely again. And I could think about what to do to Jasper for bringing me into this. Thinking about some creative ways of how to kill him. Maybe sending him into the space would be good.

After a while, I was finally in the streets I knew. And I could see these familiar faces. This was very comfortable due to the situation a moment ago. I drove away these memories of two unknown human beings and problems looking from them. After all, there wasn't very high chance of meeting them ever again.

A few minutes later I climbed up the ladder and then I went through the broken window into the old building while calling into the spacious area: "Jasper!"

The one who's name had been just called turned around and gave me an innocent look. In a quiet question he raised one eyebrow as if he didn't know why I called him the way I did. So I just went downstairs to where he stood and when I was finally near enough that blond guy, I slapped him.

"Idiot."
