Restarted again

To have a soul doesn't alone qualify you as a conscious being, but more importantly confirms the ability to yearn for something greater, to hold hope, to desire. Never deny this ability. Sunrua inhabited a secluded broken realm, devoid of knowledge about the outside world, yet his unwavering yearning for it persisted. Despite embracing a tranquil existence and recognizing the futility of his dreams, his determination surged. He, a seemingly insignificant entity amidst a world of far greater forces, defied his restricted but peaceful life when a mere hint of the wider reality of the world ignited an unquenchable ambition to change the world. Embarking on a worldwide odyssey, he traversed ethereal landscapes previously confined to solely his imagination. Along the way, he forged connections with allies, companions, and adversaries, although unveiling a reality less idyllic than he had envisioned. Sunrua confronted trials, battles, sorrows, and heartaches in pursuit of an unattainable goal, clutching onto his idiotic idealism as the harsh truths of the world gradually unveiled, stretching beyond mortal understanding.

And then Unity High

"He went round here!"

"Don't let him get away!"

"Huff, huff, goddammit they're gaining on me, why am I always left running!" Sunrua wheezed dashing through the alley, vaulting over long discarded garbage, and throwing down any obstacles, he came across: buckets, bins, broken chairs, etc, still barely keeping him ahead of the four men chasing him.

Unable to fight the temptation Sunrua glanced over his shoulder, watching in horror as the four men continue their rush towards him, their breathing plain and stabilized as if they had just begun their pursuit, even though they had been running for quite a while.

On the other hand, Sunrua was slowly inching towards his limit and didn't know how much longer he would be able to keep sprinting at his max speed but what he did know was that if he was to falter even slightly those men would catch him. And if they did work for the king which was highly plausible he won't be the only person threatened.

𝘐'𝘮 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦, he thought as the hopeless began to creep up on him, which he courageously shook off with each sickening step.

A barbed fence at least 8 ft tall loomed over him, which would usually be sufficient to send many into the deepest depths of despair and surrender, in his situation. However, Sunrua's eyes only lit up, and instead of taking even a second to slow down, to give his body some rest he only sped up, shooting forward like a rocket that had just been fired.

Once again, he peered over his shoulder and then back to his front, his speed only continuing to increase as he clenches up his fists and jets forward with his eyes clenched shut, as reached into the deepest depths of his heart, and drew whatever energy he had left out into the open.

𝘖𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴! Sunrua concluded, as he leapt forwards, pushing harder with his right leg than his left he swiveled his body around mid-air to face his four pursuers, without a second further to rationalize Sunrua revealed the bag, and opening it wide, a harsh, powerful beam of light surged towards the four men faster than the eye can blink, accordingly hurling each of their massive bodies to the ground like stones, as they wheezed in agony and spouted enraged slurs in his general direction.

"Bingo that'll hold them back!" Sunrua cheered as he continued towards the gate, quickly regaining his momentum. "No matter how fast and strong they are their size won't let them mirror my movements," Sunrua smirked Leaping to the wall beside the fence, which he used to propel himself into a sideways spiral allowing him to narrowly clear the barbed fence.

Landing with an earth-shaking

*Thud!*

Sunrua's eyes gently flickered open to reveal himself flat on his back, yet successfully on the other side of the fence. He pushed his body up to sit upright. Before him, the 3 beasts of men glared at him through the fence powerlessly gripping onto the bars violently till the point it began to shiver and rattle.

As if bending a long plastic ruler in a classroom, the fence began to cave in at a point where one of the men was gripping the bars. Sunrua's eyes began to widen as his sureness in his plan began to shrink.

𝘕𝘰-𝘯𝘰 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺'𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘪𝘯! 𝘐'𝘮 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳! Sunrua panicked as he sat back I gotta move now!

Immediately Sunrua jumped to his feet but not long after was sent back to his knees. "What the?" He questioned, and seeking clarification Sunrua placed his hand on his ankle where he was feeling a harsh pulsating pain.

Once Sunrua had presented his hand in front of his face he stared in disbelief as a tide of blood dripped from his hand as if he had just dipped it in a pot of cold oil. If they break through that fence right now there's no way he'd be able to keep up his retreat after he had exhausted his last drop of energy, in addition to this fresh injury.

Suddenly the titan that was clutching the rectangular tracker device, clasped his palm around the titan gripping the fence. "Have you already forgotten what happened last time we broke company property?" The man reminded sternly. "He hasn't got anywhere else to go, we can just go around don't rush," He continued.

The three men took one last deathly glare at Sunrua before turning their back and began running in the other direction. Sunrua too a heavenly sigh of relief as he clutched his chest with his right hand.

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘐 𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘱 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘸𝘢𝘺? He pondered as he slowly pivoted his head to the right. His mouth soon created a gaping O shape as he gawked upwards. An enormous building towered over him at least 5 or 6 stories tall, with an uncountable number of windows across the building, including one big rectangular window with a school logo pasted across it, some kind of grey heart with a red ribbon running across it reading Unity High.

Sunrua gently glanced down at his uniform, "A school... This is Unity High?!" This is the school I was enrolled in no way... This must be a mistake he thought if he wasn't already here he may of just up and left shrouded by disbelief and his unwavering out-of-place feeling invading his chest.

Sunrua had failed to notice it before, but the school's lawn was almost as impressive as the size of the school itself. It was decorated with a rainbow of flowers covering the entire field, alongside 2 ponds inhabited by living critters and animals, and although not powered currently, 2 rows of street lamps shaped like the school's logo on either side of the grey and white brick layered pathway leading up to the school each precisely parallel and adjacent to each other.

"Ugh, it seems like a very posh school, the people here are literally studying in a mansion, wonder do they get butlers too?" The boy remarked jokingly with a hint of seriousness. "But I got no other choice, better than waiting here like a sitting duck," he concluded as he pulled his right arm out from his blazer, and yanking back the shirt collar with his teeth he ripped the right arm of his shirt off with his left.

He continued to pull his trousers up revealing the injury, and after using his hand to wipe off any excess blood he wrapped the shirt arm around his ankle like a bandage, ending it with a power tug on the third knot he had made.

Painstakingly he pulled himself to his feet and limped towards the double-doored entrance of the school, slowly increasing in pacd as he once again hid the bag under his torso with his hunched back.

You're never going to escape climbing barbed fences unscathed. Speaking from experience.
