"Sigh", "ok tell me what kind of task is it", DELVIN sighed and cooled his mind to accept the reality. Although he was shocked at first due to the sudden changes but he soon accepted them all because he was a researcher in his previous life and has discovered many thrilling discoveries and was only fond of all mysterious things as they kind of hyped him greatly, so he adjusted his mindset and looked forward to knowing what kind of task will he be receiving.

What would have been happened to me if I had chosen any of the above tasks?", DELVIN was surprised to know that the screen was just testing him and he has passed the test but he felt sure something bad would have happened to him if he had chosen any of the tasks.

After displaying the last words on the screen the silver screen returned to its original shape of a sphere, then the sphere started to shrink to the size of an ant but shined very brightly, astonishingly it turned into a white light and shot straight to DELVIN's brain at lightning speed, which he couldn't avoid and was struck by it.

"Aah", "holy shit I thought you were going to kill me by it, hmmn, some memories are being added into my brain and there is a different language too and it feels like it was part of me to begin with, is this some kind of memory transfer. So, the white light which had entered this body while being revived by the tower was my soul." DELVIN was afraid at first that the tower had decided to kill him but found out that it was just transferring memories and language of his new life.

"Hey wait this isn't what you promised me before, give me an answer as to why I was the only one that you choose and who is this Blood Sovereign", DELVIN said and started to run towards the altar to ask his doubts. Also, he couldn't curse the altar because it was the only thing that helped him reborn and is a supreme treasure, and even if gets angry what could he really do, if the altar just rotates itself the air whirl would be enough to cut him into pieces, so he could only run to the altar.

The altar when looked from near was now fully dim, obliviously it has used up all the energy but you could still feel its divine presence as if was made by gods and you could only bow and worship to it. Also, there are many unknown symbols and designs carved on the surface of the tower which looked very ancient and were deeply carved on it as if no matter how much time passed, it still would not be able to erase them. The symbols and design were very ancient so no one could understand them. You can only identify the number '1', which was written over the top of the open gate that signified its floor number. Although the gate was open, you could still not see what was inside it as the room was fully dark.

But as soon as he reached near the tower he was shocked again to notice that he couldn't move forward because the gravity has suddenly increased to double and he was crouched to his knees due to the sudden increase in gravity and there were nine steps of the distance between him and the tower.

"What the hell is it now, first you don't answer to my questions and now this gravity thing, you just keep on messing with me", DELVIN now has fully broke out into anger as every human, he also has a patience level till which he could tolerate but now he thought that the tower was just messing with him. He started to curse the altar furiously after he was able to move his body to some extent.

"No, this is not gravity rather its divine brilliance that is released on its own, I could not enter the altar because my cultivation is very low, it's a divine treasure for no reason at all. I'll have to move out of this space to increase my cultivation", DELVIN said after cooling his temper by furiously cursing the altar for some time and realizing that there was only gravity working on him and the gate was still open for entrance.
