Nicholas's POV

I stared at him in shock but I slowly remembered that Anna had went to see my grandfather just earlier today.

And in just few hours a lot has changed.

But what exactly did she discuss with grandfather and how is he aware?.

"Yes, apparently she is against my decision to stop working with your father and wants to take things into her own hands.

I don't joke with me daughter and I will go any miles to make sure you both don't have any dealings with each other" he enunciated sternly while staring at me with a gaze full of authority.

His hatred for me is very obvious and I have an idea of what birth that hatred.

I had treated her badly.

"All you mentioned did not point to any reason why I would have abducted her.

Just like you, I also don't joke with her". I replied my tone getting stronger.
