Jesse's POV
"You designed this ". I asked while staring at Daniel
I knew he was into business, but what I did not know was that he can design such a beautiful shoe.
"Yeah, I'm glad you like them "
"I don't like them, but I love them, thanks".
"Anything for you ".he murmured and kissed me on the cheek in front of everyone,
"Please get a room ".faith spoke playfully while rolling her eyes at us.
Everyone Chuckled Loudly.
"I have to take her home ". Daniel spoke up
"No Daniel this is Christmas we still have a lot of things to do right ?" Katherine spoke up
"We are going upstairs, nice meeting you Jesse, I hope to see you again ". Daniel dad spoke up.
"Hopefully sir". I replied him with a smile,
"Bye Jesse". Daniel's mom flashed me a big smile before leaving the sitting room with her husband.
"Dad likes you ". Angela spoke firmly,
I smiled at them and nod my head.
"So what do you guys have in mind because I need to take her home before ten pm, she has a flight to catch up by tomorrow" Daniel spoke firmly.
"Calm down Mr Man, we just want to have fun here, thereafter,, we are going to the club but since Jesse has a flight to catch up she can just play the game here with us and leave with you ". Faith spoke up
"Wait I'll be back "faith left the sitting room and came back with a blanket and a glass with an alcohol.
"Not this game, please". Daniel murmured
Everyone laugh loudly at him before sitting on the blanket on the floor.
"Everyone knows the game, but I should explain it to Jesse"
"This game is titled never have I ever ".she spoke firmly.
I nod my head at her,
Someone will say whatever he has not done but if you've done it you will drink the alcohol indicating you've done it ".she spoke slowly, so I could understand.
"I understand ". I replied.
"Good, so let's start, I'll start ".faith spoke up.
"Never have I had a threesome".she spoke up with a big grin on her face,
Daniel groan angrily and pour the drink in the glass and hurriedly drink it indicating he has had a threesome.
I chuckled softly, but I noticed his gaze was on me trying to see my reaction, but I care less.

"Shit". I murmured
I pick you the glass and poured the drink in my glass and drank all.
All eyes were on me except for Daniel
"Tell us about it ". Katherine asked with a big smile on her face .
"Is it Daniel?".faith asked,
I chuckled softly and look away.
"Can we continue with the game and stop asking questions"? Daniel spoke in irritation.
"Fine".

"Never have I cheated on my boyfriends". I spoke up
"Katherine, faith, Agnes and Daniel all murmured
"I think we are all drinking to this ". Faith murmured and took the first shot before Daniel, Angela, and Katherine drank up.
"You all are cheats,, huh?" I asked playfully
"That was when I was dating, not anymore".faith spoke up,
I nod my head and smiled at her
"Never have I stolen". Daniel spoke up,
Faith, Angela, and Katherine all drank up
"I stole from mom". Katherine spoke up,
"I stole from you ". Angela spoke up,
"Everyone knows that ". Daniel murmured
"I stole from my big sis".faith Chuckled softly,
"I know that ". Daniel murmured
"Jess you haven't stolen from any member of your family?" Faith asked in disbelief
"No I haven't, actually I have a twin sister we usually share things, so there was no need to steal from each other ".
"You have a twin ?" Katherine asked with wild eyes
"Yeah"
"Is she exactly as you are "
"No, we are entirely different, Jessica has a thick black long hair, fairer skin and totally different look ".
"Oh, I see".
"We have to go, it's getting late". Daniel stood up and brought forth his hand to me. I took it and stood up from the floor.
"What a pity". Katherine murmured,
"Not to worry, I'll see you guys some other time". I said those words even when I knew I was lying, after today I knew I wouldn't be seeing them.
"Alright, bye Jesse".they all waved their hands with a smile on their faces.
"Bye ". I smiled at them before leaving the house with Daniel,
I walk over to Daniel's car while he opens the door for me to go in.
We got into the car, and he drove off .the drive back to my apartment was quiet and tense, none of us said a word.
I wondered what was going through Daniel's mind because he wasn't the quiet type.
"Do you have something to say ?" I asked,
"No, do you ?" He asked while his eyes were on the road.
I did not say anything, rather I look away.
"We are here ".his voice brought me out of my thought.
I sat on the chair and couldn't move or say a word
"I know what you want to say to me ".he spoke softly
"But please don't say it " he begged
"I love you so much Jesse, and I'm ready to wait until whenever you are ready ".he whispered
I shake my head and look away
"I can never be ready Daniel, I love him so, so much ". I murmured in pain
I just wish I can tell my heart what to do, here was Daniel who was obviously in love with me, but I can't love him back rather I'm clinging to someone who doesn't remember me and even if he does will he still love me.
"I'm a patient man, Jesse, a very patient man". Daniel spoke firmly
"No Daniel, you deserve better than this, your family deserves better than this". I murmured.
"I know what I want and deserve, and you are everything I want in a woman".he murmured in pain.
I stared at him and the look on his face breaks my heart, staring at him, I remembered the other men I rejected their proposal, and they all had the same look on their face as Daniel's.
