Part 15 Trilogy Congratulations
I grabbed the phone out of her hand and hit the end.
"Mei Lin, stop it. I'll call Dr Fang."
Suddenly, her phone rang in my hand and Mu Kai name appeared.
"Great, now he's calling you back," I said as I handed her the phone.
"Hello, Mu! Sorry, I must have miss-dialled your number. So, do you want to tell me how it felt being my best friend husband?" she laughed.
I shook my head and rolled my eyes. And let Mei Lin talked to Mu Kai until their conversation end.
After that, I picked up my phone, called Dr Fang and spoke with him directly. He told me to go to the hospital for some blood work and wait. I told Mei Lin we'd have to take a taxi because I didn't want Gu Min knowing where I was going. I couldn't risk Gu Min if he tells Mu Kai.
We hailed a taxi and headed to the hospital. Just then Mu Kai called as we were in the taxi.
"Hello, my husband," I answered.
"Hi, my wifey. Do you having a good day?"
